The hotel had a fire in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate ourselves at 3 AM in the night in an emergency and leave all our bags inside the room. We ended up waiting till 5:30 AM for the fire to subside and then access our luggage. A temporary accommodation was provided for the morning by the hotel, but overall it was a bad experience during our trip.

It was a great hotel. If we come to Bursa again, we will choose the same hotel. It was very clean and hygienic. The rooms were big and spacious. Thank you very much for everything.

Perhaps our stay was off-season, but all of the hotel's services were easily accessible. No wellness, no restaurant and breakfast was an absolute tragedy. The furniture in the room was falling apart. TV, air conditioning and water supply did not work. Far and wide no possibilities to do anything. We were very disappointed. So far the worst hotel we had booked.

In every aspect, I can comfortably advise this hotel for everyone. Hotel’s design, rooms’ desing, breakfast, pool, location and environment. All of them was great. Guest pleasure is pretty important in terms of all staffs. Price/Performance wonderful.

It is the only hotel we pass by every time we come to Bursa. Relevance, welcome and farewell is really super. I've always liked boutique hotels instead of resorts. Because attention is related to food, cleanliness is important. I congratulate all the managers and staff who have contributed to the hotel's success.

Cevresi Yemyeşil bir ortamda asla şehirle alakası olmayan nezih bir otel sponten gelişen minik tatilimiz otelin ihtişamı,temizligi, konforu personelin ilgi ve alakası sayesinde müthiş bir eğlenceye dönüştü. 2 yetiskin 4 çocukla birlikte olabilecek en üst konforda tatil yaptık. Otelin her bir köşesi tarihi fotoğraf stüdyosu gibi heryerde resim çekinme imkanınız var :) resepsiyonda özgür bey tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı tamamını eksiksiz ışık hızıyla çözüme ulaştırdı ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle masaj spa bölümünde aroma terapi masaji ve kese köpük yabaci masörler ile yapılıyor bu deneyim süperdi bölüm müdürü olan Mehmet beye ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonraki tatilimiz için yine tercih edeceğimiz mekanımız oldu.. Bu deneyimi hepiniz yaşamalısınız. 10 yildiz 😀

Merhaba Canlar Ben Ses Sanatçısı Yorumcu Söz Yazarı EMRAH SAKARYALI Otantik Club Hotel de 16 Ağustos 2023 giriş 17 Ağustos çıkışlı bir gece konaklama yaptım. Hoteli çok beğendim tam kafa dinlemelik huzur var burda.Odası kahvaltısı havuzu mükemmel. Ayrıca Otantik Club Hotel Botanik Parkı içinde ayrı bir güzellik nefes alabileceğiniz bir mekan. Başta resepsiyon memuru Özgür Beye ve hotel çalışanlarına emeklerine ve bana göstermiş olduğu ilgi alakalarına sonsuz teşekkür ediyorum.
