Geçtiğimiz hafta tavsiye üzerine ilk defa gittim bu otelin spasına. Yaşadığım muhitte böyle güzel hizmet veren bir Spa merkezi olması güzel. Yurt içi, yurtdışı bir çok spa gördüm hepsinin kendine has bir konsepti var. Ama nedense burada hiç bir konsept yok ne müzik, ne tütsü kokusu hiç bir şey yok. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve tesis hakkında bilgi veren hanım hariç yüzü gülen kimse yok. Spa ambiyansı adına danışmanlık almanızı tavsiye ederim. Bunların hepsi geliştirilebilir ancak orada çalışanlara bağırıp duran elindeki eşyaları gözümüzün önünde sağa sola vuran Hanım orada çalışmaktan pek hoşnut değil gibi geldi bana. Ben spa ya rahatlamaya, stresimden arınmaya gelirken masaj odasına kadar gelen azarlama sesleri beni rahatsız etti. O kırmızı pantolonlu hanım orada oldukça da bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

The price is cheap, just EUR75.60 per night for 3 rooms, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I would have given the hotel 5 bubbles -- great central location, it has a lift (a novelty in Turkey), breakfast included, towels and bed linens are spotless clean and hot water all day long. However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. We complained to the receptionist, he came to the room and tried in futility to convince us the AC was IN FACT working but it was warm because it was summer. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.

İki gece kaldığımız otelde oda banyo g***t temizdi yataklar yastıklar rahattı. Kahvaltısı g***t doyurucuydu. Aile odası yok sanıyorum ki çocuklarımıza ayrı bir oda verdiler ki bence bu bi sıkıntı. Bir handikap da Bursa merkeze çok uzak oluşu. Merkezi gezmek isteyenler için gelmek gitmek bayağı zaman alıyor. Yine de öneririm

GGuest UserThe hotel was quiet and nice. The location is good for walking, there is plenty of restaurans, malls, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. The staff were so friendly. We went there without a booking and they helped us to get three rooms in less than 10 minutes. The rooms were clean. The only drawback was that we found a fly in the breakfast buffet twice, but we informed the staff and they changed the food and told us that they will pay attention to that.

GGuest UserRooms are spacious, though door locks do not work plus there are no security chains (5108). No Fire escape plan on the door. Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

GGuest UserIt was absolutely perfect for the price. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. It was comfortable. Since we left at 6 in the morning, we could not have breakfast. The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. The location you are looking at on the maps is incorrect. Call the hotel and ask for a location .

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonIt's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

NNalan GI took 2 adults 1 children from the Ets tour for our holiday trip we paid 125 tl. The location is very beautiful. You can go to the very centre of the city with comfort. I was waiting for a much worse hotel. Just for sleeping too much. I thought it wasn't necessary to pay. The only thing bad is that the room is shaking while walking in the rooms as if it wakes a feeling of falling every moment. In one night, people from 2 to 3 hours above have sounded as mad in the room. You're looking for the reception nobody He doesn't look at the phone. I called from the phones they didn't open again. We were going to take the next day, at least we wanted them to adjust, but we couldn't reach anyone. At least he could have been official. The room was clean.

AAliuysal12I visited the hotel around 5-6, there was always a problem with prices and cleaning. We came here by chance. The cleaning is very beautiful in terms of both location and rooms, the staff's relationship with the rose face is more important than all. At the same time, the prices are appropriate. If you are around here, I'll definitely recommend.
