The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.

The staff were very interested, tea coffee etc. You can bring it whenever you want, and when you see a thermos in your hand while skiing, they fill it up. Many thanks to the staff.
The hotel is newly opened, all furnishings are new, the room-bathroom-toilet is really clean.
Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days.
Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes.
First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean.
But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

The hotel's location is easily accessible at walking distance from the center of the historical area. It was a more feature to have its own parking. The staff was riddle and related. The rooms can change size, we had two rooms, one was a little small room but the other was large enough. The room was clean and breakfast *** meat was enough. I prefer again.

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this property. The location of this hotel is excellent. Across the street next to the hotel there are many dining options in addition to a shopping center. Uludag mountain and other touristic spots are easily accessible. There is also the option to use the tram if you choose not to drive. The warm welcome and hospitality provided by each single member of the staff is what made me come to this hotel a second time and will guarantee a third return to this location. Very friendly and genuinely welcoming. The property was very clean. The spa was a great addition to go and relax after enjoying the snow in uludag mountain. Breakfast was great in morning. There’s a huge open buffet and you can have things made to order as well. Taste and Quality of food was excellent. Hands down this is my go to hotel in Bursa. Highly recommend this location.

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonIt's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

GGuest UserThe price is cheap, just EUR75.60 per night for 3 rooms, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I would have given the hotel 5 bubbles -- great central location, it has a lift (a novelty in Turkey), breakfast included, towels and bed linens are spotless clean and hot water all day long. However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. We complained to the receptionist, he came to the room and tried in futility to convince us the AC was IN FACT working but it was warm because it was summer. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.

NNalan GI took 2 adults 1 children from the Ets tour for our holiday trip we paid 125 tl. The location is very beautiful. You can go to the very centre of the city with comfort. I was waiting for a much worse hotel. Just for sleeping too much. I thought it wasn't necessary to pay. The only thing bad is that the room is shaking while walking in the rooms as if it wakes a feeling of falling every moment. In one night, people from 2 to 3 hours above have sounded as mad in the room. You're looking for the reception nobody He doesn't look at the phone. I called from the phones they didn't open again. We were going to take the next day, at least we wanted them to adjust, but we couldn't reach anyone. At least he could have been official. The room was clean.

AAliuysal12I visited the hotel around 5-6, there was always a problem with prices and cleaning. We came here by chance. The cleaning is very beautiful in terms of both location and rooms, the staff's relationship with the rose face is more important than all. At the same time, the prices are appropriate. If you are around here, I'll definitely recommend.
