Holiday Inn Bristol Airport

The hotel is easy to reach from the airport Bristol. The hotel is clean, the staff friendy and the breakfast delicious even it is optional.

Please be careful of all extra charges when you arrive. No option to park near for free and charges for serving you drinks and food on top of extortionate prices. The gym was 3 cardio machines a rack of light weights and a bench. Plus points for lovely friendly check in chap and nice note he wrote on key card plus comfortable beds!!!!

A comfortable hotel with nice rooms, but not good value. You have to pay £15 to park overnight, which is ridiculous at a hotel out in the countryside. The food is ok, but expensive for what it is and the wine pricy too. It's actually cheaper to have three 250ml glasses than a 750ml bottle. The service at dinner was poor. Convenient for the airport, but on our return, we stayed at a Premier Inn near Weston super Mare. It was equally nice, but including food, it was less than half the price.

We stayed here for a stop over before flying out the next day. We checked in and had to pay what I feel was an expensive “extra” to park overnight in the hotel that we had already paid for. To stay overnight was £15. On top of this we booked a double room for 2 people and found there was 1 dressing gown, 1 hand towel, 1 larger towel and 1 Kit Kat but 2 bottles of water. Looks like although this was for 2 people we had to share the dressing gown and towels. We went to eat in the restaurant that evening and the lights was like a canteen and not soft lighting but completely in your face. We ordered a starter of Nacos to share and then a pulled pork burger and chips and a beef burger and chips. However, the starter and the mains all came out together, I said this to the gentleman that served us by saying why do we have the starter with the mains served altogether, but he just said “sorry” and walked off. I then raised it with the lady also serving where I did get more sense out off and she apologised and then removed the service charge off the bill even though I didn’t know there was a service charge and discounted out table bill. Also a note that it doesn’t look like anyone had cleaned the bathroom mirror since Christmas as it still had “merry Christmas” on it even though we stayed on 24 January !! What has happened to this hotel???? I have stayed here several times over the years and it has never been so bad but it certainly is now.

My Family and I stayed here for one night, but we were able to park the hire car there for two, whilst we did a short city break. Easily the best Holiday Inn we have visited. You cannot fault the food, drink and it even has a gym. How can anyone complain about food and drink prices in this place? The food quality is above par for a Holiday Inn, as are the drink choices and selection. The Hotel is in great condition, spotless in fact, you can’t say the same about other similar places. What makes this place are the staff 100 per cent, everyone we encountered was not your typical Holiday Inn Employee. We live overseas, and the Team that work at the Hotel are more like staff you would expert to encounter in 5 Star Resorts. Special mention to Rakesh in the Restaurant, and Katrina on Reception, but again cannot fault anyone. I really do not understand the negative comments about the Hotel, everything you read on the website or App is correct. No hidden charges or surprises. Taxi for £30 plus drop off charge, or £8 shuttle from the Hotel, no brainer. Shortly before arriving we saw rumours online about the Hotel, complete fake news. Fellow reviewers stop moaning and stop trying to destroy reputations, and businesses.
