Water leaking from roof in my suite. Woke me up during my sleep. Water leaking from roof close to my bed. Alerted property staff. Was told by staff the manager will call/contact me. Did not call, I Had to call the hotel to speak to the manager and it’s been 5 days and waiting for the manager to call/contact me back

Absolutely Loved!
We enjoyed this stay! Although we were running around a lot, we came back to a friendly, clean and comfortable atmosphere. The entrance of the hotel/lobby stayed clean and clutter free. The room was really nice! I had the king w/sleeper sofa. I appreciated the partial wall divider that is built in. It allowed my daughter some sort of privacy and myself as well. Now, the mirror that’s in front of the bed (side eye…😂…OK THEN!!!…that’s all I have to say about it). The bathroom is a bit small, you have a small inswing, so if you’re a bigger person, get the room with accessibility. The mattress was extremely soft, which made for a stiff morning, but nothing you can’t get pass. The breakfast was good, fresh and hot!
Definitely will come back!

Good Stay
Good breakfast, comfortable room. The drapes were torn though, and the wood on the furniture was worn off in some places. Very spacious though, and really nice having the kitchenette.

Enjoyed our stay. We were there visiting a family member and attending Lalapalooza. It was quiet most of the time and a comfortable drive to downtown Chicago.

Appreciated cleanliness, helpful staff, room size, traditional coat hangers, mini-frig not stocked with items for sale, coffeemaker & microwave.
The highest priority for us in hotel rooms is to get good sleep so I'd never book a Springhill hotel again. We all got little sleep due to terribly soft mattresses & very loud AC, neither of which were able to be improved when asked. This did not help with a busy wedding weekend.There was no room safe for valuables. Constant Marriott advertising for wifi & when turning on TV. The best marketing is a quality accomodation which this is not.

We had a good stay. The front desk person moved the room we were assigned at check-in to accomodate the walking limitations of a person in our party without being asked. Very thoughtful.

Great Hotel in a Great Location
This hotel is conveniently located off I55 and close and an easy drive to the city of Chicago for any events and sites you are interested in. Burr Ridge is a cute town with a walkable Village Center. We stay here whenever in the area. Breakfast is nice too.
