Came to the beautiful fairytale border town of Burqin County and stayed in this five-star hotel. It is really hard to express the wonderful experience in words. It is not far from the county town. The warm service of every staff member of the hotel makes people feel the warmth of home, especially the room boy Ding Chen. He is handsome and the service is very considerate. The experience of each independent room type is different. This time I stayed in the starry sky room and got off the car to stay in the house car. After the check-in procedures at the front desk, the hotel also provided Baidu car to the door of the room. Not to mention the breakfast, it was too rich. Thank you to every staff member of the hotel who gave enthusiastic care. I strongly recommend every friend who comes to Xinjiang to experience it.

Kanas Hemu is a paradise for outdoor sports enthusiasts. The snow quality is very good, the journey is a little far, but it is worth the trip. The first international brand hotel opened in the resort. My friend has stayed there before and recommended it to me. I didn't have too many high expectations before checking in. But the overall stay was very good. The lobby and floor service staff are very enthusiastic, the room has a good view, and the floor heating is sufficient. It is very friendly to northerners. You can see that the hotel is very new and has just opened, but the hotel is still very good in all aspects. The breakfast variety is quite rich, but it is full during the peak period of the Spring Festival. It is recommended to go before 09:00 for a better experience. The hotel staff is very energetic and enthusiastic. Special thanks to the concierge manager Dan and two ethnic minority guys John and Zati, who assisted me in solving the problems during my stay and enthusiastically helped me get my luggage from the hotel next door. I will stay again next snow season. Although the location is remote, the intercontinental service standard is online. Personally, I feel that it is the best holiday resort hotel in China.

I chose this hotel because it is very close to Burqin Bridge. The photos are very beautiful. As soon as we arrived at the hotel lobby, the staff told us to wait for us. We booked three superior twin rooms. We made an online reservation and originally there was no breakfast. We had breakfast delivered, which was a big surprise. Going out to find breakfast in the morning is always a headache. The room is big and clean. The lighting outside the hotel is very beautiful at night, and it’s great for taking photos. The breakfast restaurant next to it is large and spacious, and it’s very comfortable to sit in. It’s a pity that if we want to have dinner here in the evening, they are only busy recruiting group meals, so we individual travelers said we have to wait. We left after an hour without eating here. We hope this can be improved, otherwise it will be difficult to attract people to come back next time.
