老闆娘很客氣，房間乾淨，整個遊玩的過程都是老闆娘親自帶我們去玩的，去了不少出片的機位，現在人比較少，老闆娘講了不少山上的有趣故事，服務非常周到，非常滿意，希望老闆娘生意興隆！

首先老闆人很好，沒去之前，有問必答，各種問題都很耐心解釋。到了地方，新村 5 號，然後老闆會派專車把你接到住的小木屋，服務很貼心，必須點贊！到了以後，比想象的要好很多，下面是我拍的實際環境，分兩層，都可以住，設計堪稱完美，住的很舒服，躺在床上就可以看到對面的雪山。很適合四五個人一起住。因為這幾天氣温低，還沒到，老闆就把暖氣給開了，非常棒！總體給我的感覺是物超所值，明年有機會還來。

我是錯峯來的，在我住過的喀納斯景區酒店中，這家房間比較寬敞，設施比較新，對得起這個價格！早上睜眼就可以在床上看近在咫尺的雪山，這個感覺很棒。店家很好溝通，隨叫隨到，還給我們仔細講解了景區遊玩注意事項，熱心的服務給我留下了深刻的印象！晚上有牛牛到院子裏吃草，超原生態！超棒的體驗，下次還會來。

設施齊全，24小時熱水，地暖非常給力！！！一進小木屋就能看出老闆的用心，床墊也很舒服，還貼心的配了嶄新的軍大衣，應該是為沒帶夠衣服的遊客準備的～二樓還配了小桌子，很愛這個氛圍感，很滿意的一次出行。（民宿老闆還很貼心，第一次來也絲毫不慌，從哪兒坐車，從哪兒下車，去哪兒玩兒去哪兒拍照都很耐心的提醒）

誰訂這個民宿真的純純大怨種！！！除了扔你一張房卡，給你一間空房，基本上沒有任何服務！！連前台都沒有，行李也是我們自己搬的（老闆用小電驢衹帶了一件就不見人影兒了）房間裏還有蜘蛛！平心而論，房間配置跟圖片差不多，但其實空間並不大，而且性價比真是超級低，不管房間設備設施吹得有多牛，服務不到位一樣是白搭！對比上一間禾木民宿真的是沒有比較就沒有傷害，人家水果任吃，晚上還有無限續杯茶水喝，前台隨叫隨到，還含中西式任選的早餐！你大野山房三千多的房價，連個早餐都不包，怎麼敢的呀！希望姐妹們看到我這一條，千萬不要被網紅評價騙了，三千多買啥不香啊！！

第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯下雨了店長還開車到中轉中心接我們，房間很乾凈，每天都會有人來打掃外面下雪了，但屋裡依舊特別暖和，還給準備的有軍大衣，坐在屋裡看外面的雪山頂特別有感覺

房間設施好，床品很舒適，晚上入睡一點都不冷，環境也很安靜，早起的時候窗外景色非常美，店家非常好，不巧遇到景區停電，店家不停得邀請挽留我們免費多留宿一晚，愜意靜謐的環境很適合放鬆
