雨雪天氣入住景區小木屋時間有點晚了，前台小妹妹很耐心的接待了我們，熱心的發了景區遊玩攻略給到我。第二天一早還免費送我們去了遊客中心。房間地暖很足，也很衞生，他家有自家的餐廳，飯菜很可口，很nice的一次入住體驗！

因為房子還在裝修比較吵 ，店家主動給換到了花間坊住，兩家是同一個老闆的 ，還送了早飯和紀念品，民宿餐廳花澗坊餐廳的菜非常好吃，強烈推薦辣皮子炒牛肉，房間也打掃的很乾凈，還給免費延遲退房，位置在新村一站，離換乘中心就一站路，出行非常方便

整體服務滿意！本來擔心無人聯繫可能體驗不好，提前一天就有民宿電話聯繫，並組了一個羣方便聯絡，送了早餐，老闆提前告知我們處於新村第一站，不方便搭乘區間車，主要問詢第二天一早主動送我們到換乘中心！酒店位置位於新村，晚上比較安靜！整體入住體驗很好！

真挺不錯的，前台小姐姐熱情招待還給我們免費升房了➕送了早餐券➕小拼盤，問路和景區開通也會幫忙打電話問！民宿環境挺不錯的，有半個落地窗拍雪景很好看，設施也很先進智能馬桶➕投影環境比別的地都好感覺不輸那些五六百的可惜沒續租！！下次會再來的希望能保持！！

非常非常推薦！下次來還會再住這家，老闆是義警人特別熱心，我們去三灣徒步包接送，還接送我們去喀納斯湖玩，自己找包車的話都要幾百塊的。路上碰到步行的旅客還會載他們一程，很熱心！房間也很好，地暖特別足，熱水器都是小米的。意外的是這裏的餐廳也好吃，四個女生吃人均七八十就能飽，在景區裏這個價位很划算了！

必須誇一下民宿的服務，120%的熱情有禮，有求必應。不管是像搬行李、諮詢問題、要純凈水這種小事，立刻響應非常高效；還是半夜要電暖器、我家孩子在民宿忙碌的高峯期還去要白菜梆子喂小兔這類很可能無法及時滿足的事情上，民宿小哥依然熱情滿滿的完成。點贊！
另外，民宿在新村第一站，下公交就是，非常方便。如果遇到高峯期擠不上公交車去換乘中心，前台也會幫忙安排。房間乾淨整潔，很大，隔音在小木屋裡算不錯的。
最後，這家的飯也很不錯，是新疆這一行中口味最沒那麼鹹那麼油的，我們午餐晚餐+第二天早餐都是在那裡吃的。
總之，很滿意！
