Good location in the main hub for visiting Kanas. The owner was helpful and organized a taxi for us and shared a location for the shuttle. The beds are comfortable and the water heater works well. Trip.com told us that foreigners were allowed to stay at this hotel but it seems like that is not the case. The owner settled it somehow and we were allowed to stay.

1服務人員態度差：入住時酒店前台服務人員態度極差，問點問題表達出強烈的不滿感，語氣很沖且很沒禮貌．
2．環境很差：隔音效果極差從自己房間內可以清晰聽到周圍房間內的談話聲，沒有私隱性可言．晚上呼嚕嗷嗷大一宿沒睡好
3加被子服務：由於我們之前住酒店都是可以免費加被子的，第一次聽到需要收費加被子的也挺驚訝（所以是我們看着很好説話嗎？??）
