This hotel stay was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Service was top-notch across the board, whether we were dining or just asking for recommendations.
Speaking of dining, the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options, and the environment of the hotel, from the lobby to the common areas, was simply beautiful and very inviting. Our room was also a highlight – it was impeccably clean and incredibly well-organized, with everything thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience.
We had a truly great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

The RV was cosy and got all we need. Staff was really helpful as well. Breakfast was a feast! Definitely recommend!

We were staying in the room with camping car setting. Overall the room Is clean and new. Kids love it. Breakfast was great with a variety of western/Chinese choice. We couldn’t see any stars through the window. The check in Was slow and inefficient. Only one staff serving the whole group check in While we were not handled separately as a private family guest. The description on trip.com was wrong too. There is no bike rental and the gym room
is not good. Only 3 machines and two of them were not working.

The service was very good. I experienced horse riding, bonfire party, and met a lamb after breakfast. It was a very good experience. Miss Nadi was super considerate and it was a very pleasant stay.
