進門是前台和客廳，老闆半躺在沙發上跟我們説話，服務態度非常差，完全不像是在住宿，倒像是要在別人家借宿。 我們訂的是最好的房型，但是給我們安排在前台旁邊，旁邊就是樓梯，晚上十二點之後還有早上五六點有人入離噪聲也很大，沒法睡。 廁所裏很臟，地漏旁邊都是污垢，屋裡的櫃子上都是灰塵，像是從來沒擦過一樣，一次性拖鞋薄得跟紙一樣，還不如穿臟襪子。 最離譜的是我們離店後向攜程投訴了商家，結果商家不給我們在系統裏辦退房（我們早上退房的時候前台沒有人，前一天老闆讓退房把房卡放前台就行），導致我們晚上到伊犁沒法辦入住，還是伊犁的民宿老闆和攜程客服連續打了很多電話催才給退房的。簡直遇到了**了。 當時在伊犁我們本來是要報警的，後來給退了才沒報。準備入住的遊客，還是掂量下自己能不能鬥得過這種**吧，反正我們是怕了，畢竟是在新疆。我們後來都不敢直接跟商家打電話，怕起沖突。

太差的體驗了，房間也就呵呵了。空調還是壞的，要啥啥沒有。哎～～～一定不要訂這家，一定一定。不推薦體驗什麼主題民宿！

入住的人不多 老闆説説接手 價格不高 環境不錯 就是門縫的縫細有點大 隔音有待改善 其他的都滿意 在可可託海鎮 旅遊旺季 這個價格比較親民。

本來定的半地下的房間，加錢改了二樓大床房，房間乾淨，紙巾比較差，容易掉渣，洗澡一個人洗完，另一個要等一下，其他都還行
