It's very comfortable and warm to live in, and the scenery outside the window is very clean. It's also very close to places to eat and ride horses, which is very convenient. The staff are also responsible and can quickly meet any needs. All in all, this accommodation experience is really good.

The room was just as expected, cozy, comfortable and warm. This is my first time traveling to Xinjiang and I booked such a satisfactory room. The hotel service is super good. No matter what your request is, the staff will do their best to solve it for you and provide more convenient services. What's more, the dishes in the store, I ordered boiled beef and shredded potatoes on the first day, which directly hit my stomach and taste buds. Everyone must try it.

這是我們第二次來新疆啦～諾瓦是我們旅程當中體驗感最好的一家民宿了！性價比超絕的！我們三人出行由於特殊情況，莫莫為我們免費升級成了「豪華大床親子套房」，床品質量和外觀都深得我們的心。衞生更是沒話説，細緻入微。屋內的暖氣片也很足，還貼心地準備了加濕器。我們能想到的、沒想到的，諾瓦都為我們準備了。
剛開始吸引我們的是民宿裏的三衹狗狗（薯片、小禾、小木）以及兩衹貓咪（掏鳥窩的小七、還有一衹忘記名字了的布偶），三衹狗狗真的好乖好乖，可以摸摸貼貼。每次回房間，都會護送我們，安全感滿滿。入住、退宿的時候，老闆娘還會主動幫我們拿重重的行李，三衹狗狗也會陪着我們，真的太可愛了！
前台、餐廳、房間的每一扇窗户都能看到美麗的雪景。這對我們來説真的很重要，足不出户就能享受極致的景觀。
禾木很美很美，遇見諾瓦也很幸運很幸運。

特別開心的旅程，民宿的設計風格很喜歡。小姐姐們的服務很好，每天來咖啡屋都有免費提供水果和糖果，晚上去看電影，還有奶茶和糖水。晚餐的酸奶很好喝。薯片，小禾和小木是三衹很可愛的小狗，小七是一衹性格特別温順的貓，隨便擼。

禾木設施很完備了，除夕夜趕到禾木，非常温馨有愛的民宿！院裏有停車場，還有好幾衹可愛的貓貓狗狗，狗狗薯片、小禾、小木很受小朋友歡迎～除夕夜大餐，牛肉火鍋、自家的香腸臘肉和鹵味、清蒸魚，還有餃子，吃的很滿足！早餐也很有特色～厚厚的積雪，太美了！房間住的也很舒服，洗澡水很足，用品每天補的及時，前台小姐姐小哥哥很有愛，很用心的在經營民宿，希望有機會再來！

服務：服務很貼心，從入住前期到入住後都會關心客人路上的安全，會過來迎接幫忙提行李，可愛的小狗們也來迎接我們。晚上生病了工作人員還載我們去買葯。
設施：很喜歡這裏的床品，親膚柔軟，被子很安靜，不是那種會翻身唰唰響的。
暖氣很足，還有加濕器，會送歡迎水果和零食。
