房間很乾凈，智能馬桶，本來以為晚上會很冷，但是進去非常暖和，服務員提前把地暖打開了，沒想到景區裏房間超出預期很多。
門外有木桌木椅 坐着喝茶賞景 非常不錯👍

早上10:30左右未經允許私自打開我們的房間門，然後過10分鐘打電話過來問我們去哪裡了，12點要退房
首先沒有經過客人允許就開門合理嗎？
其次12點退房10:45分打電話過來催合理嗎？
還説開門沒看到人 把我朋友嚇死了好嗎？朋友發燒了想在房間裏多休息一會也不可以嗎？

非常用心的小木屋了，本來定的經濟標間，入住的時候 老闆看我們帶的小孩兒 給免費升級了親子豪華標間，在另一個院子，叫雲夢山莊，非常舒服的榻榻米，不得不提的是 住在山裡下雨了 那個羽絨被真的是太太太暖和了，房間居然還配了非常厚的羊毛毯子 小朋友的可愛拖鞋 泡茶的茶具 智能馬桶，反正就是很舒服 全面 用心，非常不錯的一次入住體驗，就是的店家以後一定要及時為客人退房呦，如果去喀納斯住新村，可以放心選擇，離換乘公交站台也很近 幾十米，很方便，真不錯👍

超棒，非常推薦！環境太美了，真是神仙住的地方，這家店非常好，院子非常大，院裏有馬在吃草，還有狗，有貓，門口還有長椅坐在上面看着眼前美景感覺能發呆一百年，太舒服了。而且客棧旁邊就是小河，有好多羊還有牛在河邊吃草，真世外桃源採菊東籬下，悠然見南山。反正感覺比老村更舒服漂亮，去換乘中心也不遠，更喜歡這裏。客棧在新村4號站下走幾步就到了超級方便，這個位置剛好不會太后麪，等車去換成中心也超級方便有座位，不像第一二站車滿了就不會停得等下一輛車浪費時間。院子裏應該還有野花不過現在還早還沒開衹有一點黃花，開門就是雪山。房間也真的超級舒服，這個季節不冷不熱，不用暖氣不用空調睡得剛好，床被子也非常舒服，乾淨整潔。老闆人非常好，我們4人訂了3人間給了我們一個4人的房間，有獨立衞生間和院子，超級奈斯，服務也很好，真的太滿意了，真想長住在這裏太舒服了，喀納斯是個好地方，來了推薦住這家客棧太好住了！

在景區裏這個價格可以説很不錯了，相對設施比較齊全該有的全有，老闆還免費給我升了房。趕上下雨偏房是真冷

相較於別家的簡陋一些而且在新村邊上的位置所以價格便宜一些喜歡清靜的倒是可以。洗漱台是一塊木頭因為濕水發黴了，冷熱水很難調要麼涼要麼燙衹洗漱沒洗澡，三張床其中一張射燈壞了，地磚裂掉兩塊有點突起擔心孩子拌倒，床相對有一點點硬，吹風機吹了不到十秒沒動靜了，房門保險壞掉了晚上睡覺不能上保險，景區晚上低於十度房間也很冷但是暖氣沒開凍得根本不敢洗澡，房間裏沒有配梳子（雖然我不用）連最基本的瓶裝水也沒有。我們因為帶着孩子不想折騰在這裏住了兩天。老闆娘服務挺好的。有個大院子半夜看星星時候來了一匹花馬在院子裏吃草。

很是一般般了，性價比不太高，房間不大又矮，，洗澡間很小，而且還挺冷的，沒有浴霸，床是用大木頭搭起來的，和衣而卧沒洗澡對付一晚
