The place has a perfect location, it is close to bus station so it is easy to go to kanas lake, there is many restaurants and shops around, the receptionist speaks english, it is easy to communicate, all were very friendly and the place is clean. Bosses are also very kind.

I communicated with the boss and asked to change to a three-bed room with no carpet next door, but was refused, so I changed it to a second room.
