二樓沒有地暖衹有一樓有，打電話給管家，管家説有電暖爐，我説插電了沒用，而且也缺了輪子不穩，管家淡定回答:輪子缺了也能用，靠牆的插座也是壞的，你去插床頭的插座😓，誰會在床頭開暖氣爐對着人吹，況且開起來味道也很大😰。
一樓洗漱台太小，洗漱用品全部堆在下面，衣架也是細的掛冬天厚衣服掛不住，洗手液也沒有，一大桶洗衣液放在台上……沒有吹風機打電話給管家，送來了一個全新的吹風機，應該是新開民宿，設施還有待改善
禾木風景很好，相對第二天晚上住的喀納斯親子間，管家提前加微組羣提供服務，補送礦泉水等，提升空間很大

看到別人的差評，差點錯過這麼寶藏的民宿。房間乾淨整潔，老闆還非常貼心的配置了轉換插頭。在禾木這冰天雪地的地方，居然還有暖暖的咖啡和茶包。這民宿真是超值了，下次還定這家。

房間簡潔乾淨，本來衹想住一晚,又續了兩晚，老闆人很多，來的時候房間正在換布草，剛好有空房間，升級了loft，兩個人樓上樓下住房間很大，老闆還在房間準備了紅糖薑茶包，咖啡包，奶茶包很貼心，禾木很冷，房間很暖，也不乾燥，每個房間都準備了幾個加濕器！還有獨立院子可以把車子停到房間門口，自駕很友好！推薦！

停車場：獨立院子停車，停車很方便
洗手間：乾濕分區，沐浴分區在禾木比較難得
隔音：房內做了隔音處理，比很多木屋隔音效果好很多

酒店比較新，簡單整潔，床品看得出來是新換的！入住前酒店給我們來電加微信提前準備需要的水和拖鞋！酒店不算豪華。但是住起還是比較舒適，服務上也是有求必應！不錯推薦！
