Mijing Fengshe (Jikepulin Ski Resort Dong Area)

The room facilities were excellent. Clean and tidy. The environment was fantastic. Perfect for a few days of relaxation. I tried to extend my stay, but they were sold out. At night, you can enjoy the starry sky, and the owner will add firewood for you to warm up.

This place was a real surprise, except for the recent road damage. I strongly recommend avoiding the felt rooms; the small balcony on the other side is absolutely stunning. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the lights could be completely turned off at night, allowing you to truly experience the starry sky. There were also a few adorable dogs, so I felt like one night was too little and a waste. This was definitely the most satisfying B&B of this trip.

My wife commented that if we stayed here, why bother visiting Hemu? The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the tourist center, surrounded by pristine forests, streams, horses, morning mist, starry skies, and sunsets. It made up for my missed visit to Hemu.

This B&B absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our family spent two days there, and it was a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience. The B&B's decor is elegant and sophisticated, with meticulously designed interiors and exteriors. For a relaxing trip, a two or three-day stay here is a must. The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming, and it felt like there was endless conversation. We are so grateful for their hospitality and care, and we look forward to returning to experience Hemu in winter.

✅ The food is affordable and the food is excellent. There's no disappointment in any of the dishes, and they're all delicious. They grow all their own vegetables, like the braised bok choy and the vinegared bok choy. They're not pre-prepared; they use all their own pollution-free vegetables. They raise their own chickens, too, and even have pike caught from the creek behind. The restaurant's breakfast is also excellent. ✅ The cafe is affordable, and the view from inside is a hundred times better than going to Hemu Village. ✅ For late-night snacks, we had lamb chops and kebabs, which were incredibly tender and the best we had in Xinjiang. ✅ The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The entire B&B has only nine rooms, including two yurts. All offer stunning views, and the place is spotlessly clean. You can tell they've put a lot of care into the B&B. ✅ The scenery is a hundred times more beautiful than in Hemu Village. We could see the Milky Way and the stars. I've seen more stars than ever before, and it was right here. It was fun swinging on the swings and watching the stars. Wake up early to see the sunrise. The birch forest is beautiful, and you can even record the birdsong. It's so romantic and fun. ✅The staff here are so welcoming, from the housekeeper Xiao Huang to the driver Uncle Shi and the two aunties. They're all so attentive. There are also adorable dogs and cats. It feels like you've stepped into a paradise and you don't want to leave.

The scenery, the environment, and the service were excellent. However, there was a minor issue: the Ctrip interface had a subtle "surcharge" notice in a subtle place. Make sure to check carefully when booking a room. Thankfully, both Ctrip and the hotel owner resolved the issue. Dinner was quite delicious. The stir-fried beef was delicious, highly recommended! The kvass was also quite fragrant. By the way, the room had a strong wood smell, as if it had just been renovated. I have rhinitis and was sneezing constantly, which was not very comfortable.
