The owner/ reception is very friendly, very smooth check in and they provided many water bottles to drink. The room is warm in winter season, Im impressed they provided disposable towel which is very hygienic. 5stars for the water spray toilet 🤣very convenient for us Malaysian/Singaporean
The place is very close to many restaurants and convenient store (Although many restaurants didn’t open on March)

既然外形都差不多，我要講的就是老闆的服務了，但我想這不能稱之為服務，應該是真心誠意熱心的對待別人，你能真實的感受到老闆的善良與真誠。
我們一家四口到喀納斯的第一天，大兒子就發燒不舒服，所幸我們帶的有葯，但是因為感覺有些無力他就要求自己留在小院裏沒有和我們去三灣，當然我們給他留下了食物和水，老闆在我們走後發現了我大兒子在院子裏坐着，得知情況後親自下廚給他炒了菜蒸了米飯，還陪他聊天打發時間。甚至在我們離開喀納斯後還發微信關心我兒子的情況。還有種種細節不一一贅述，這不是給住店客人提供服務，而是用真誠善良的心對待他人。
作為攜程多年的用户，我從來不主動給酒店好評，這是第一次。
我住過幾乎市面上所有的頂級酒店，但那衹是服務，而在這裏，我感受到的是人的真善與景色的美，我很感恩在生命中可以遇到這樣的人。
