Thank you so much~ She also helped to upgrade the room type~ If you drive to Hemu by yourself, you must stay at this hotel~ If you are traveling with a group, please decisively give up the shabby house given by the group and book this one yourself~ Don't let yourself down! I originally planned not to come to Hemu for the rest of my life because of its shabby state, but because of the hotel, I have a reason to come~ It's great~

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just near the transfer center, which saves us from having to take the bus to the car. We had been taking the bus all the way, and it is very close to the ski resort in winter. The front desk lady also warmly upgraded our room for free. The room facilities are complete and not cold at all. The whole room is heated, the hygiene is very clean, and the cleaning is also timely. Another thing is that the food in this hotel is very good, authentic Hunan cuisine, in the morning there are Hunan rice noodles made by the chef, beef sauce fried by the chef himself, the specialty is delicious, my wife and I both ate two bowls, and other hot dishes, cold dishes, staple foods and pastries are also very rich. The overall feeling of the hotel is still very good.

But from the perspective of empathy, in order to book a room in the off-season, I asked you how long it would take to get from Kanas Scenic Area to Hemu before I checked in? As a local, you didn't answer clearly. In fact, you should know that the weather was bad on those days and the road might be closed. It took 4 hours from Baihaba to Tieli Reke to reach the hotel. For our first visit to Hemu, especially with children, your good advice and answer will benefit us a lot. The hotel is still under renovation, and the smell of cement and putty can still be smelled in the corridor. There are some construction waste outside the room window. The breakfast is not as rich and delicious as described. It does not correspond to the level of 138 yuan per person introduced by the hotel. It is just some quick-frozen dumplings, pastries, porridge, a few small cold dishes and eggs 🥚, and there is nothing else. It is indeed far from the description of the hotel breakfast. Disappointed, the worst breakfast experience in the most expensive hotel on this trip. Overall, the hotel's management level needs to be improved. Perhaps the owner will wait until the hotel is completed and sublet it. It's just that there is a lack of service awareness and management level at present.

After all, the mountain road was 18 bends and I vomited when I got there. It was fine anyway. Then the cleaning brother was very careful to clean up and remove the smell. I lay on the sofa to recover from my carsickness. The brother was cleaning seriously and brought the freshener from his dormitory. It felt very good. A more miserable situation was that I recovered and was ready to go out for a walk. Before I walked to the lobby, my 15,000 down jacket was scratched with two holes by the big sign at the corner of the elevator entrance. It was directly furred. I reported it to the front desk twice and put it in a safe place opposite. I can only admit that I wasted a new piece of clothing hahahaha. Fortunately, I adjusted my mentality after a little disappointment. I stayed for four or five days and will come again next snow season
