小方is very nice and friendly during our check in in the afternoon, the hotel provided us moon cake and drinks.
BUT! Other staff are super unfriendly and very rude when we asked for information. Rooms have no aircon and we called to asked for either cooler or a fan, but the staff responded in very rude way through the phone. Fan was delivered but just put outside the room.

Excellent stay with my family and it’s a nice boutique hotel with great assistance by our butler, Xiao Fang.

Everything is beautiful here. Location is just perfect, just right next to bus transfer area. Our butler,xiao fang is very helpful indeed. She explained everything in detail and very responsive too. Would definitely love to stay here again if i come back here again in near future.

A great hotel! Just come to Hemu and take a shower.
Facilities: various facilities are complete and advanced.
Sanitation: very clean, mysophobia is ecstatic.
Environment: the suite I stayed in has a very nice balcony with a view, where I can enjoy the warm winter sun.
Service: every staff member is very enthusiastic, careful and patient. The housekeeper Xiao Fang was praised by name, cute and considerate. I look forward to seeing you next time.
