Our stay was ok. The hot tub was out of service. Our fan control on the thermostat didn’t work properly. The TV in the room stopped working.

The room was smaller than we thought it would be. It was clean and looked nice. We were given (not asked for) a room with a balcony or padio. I didnt use it. The door that went out there didnt seal. You coukd see light around it and chlorine smell came into our room. Not to mention it was very loud from 8 am to 11 pm. I would t have requested a room by the pool. We had a snow storm and stayed and additional night. TV channels were out. I asked front desk if it was due to snow, they said probably. 3 other people called and that was it. She hung up. So we sat with nothing to do because no tv. Couldnt sleep due to pool noise and stuck there due to snow. Also the ice machine didnt work on our floor, which was on the first floor. The only ice machine that worked was on the 4th floor.

Everyone was nice. Rooms were eclectic, big and clean. Soft bed! Big pool and jacuzzi which kids loved.

We booked this hotel as a last minute night away from home to celebrate kids’ spring break. The hotel smells fantastic, and seemed very clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept well.
My only complaint is the pool was FREEZING. Total bummer for us, as that was really our whole reason for getting a room was to swim

Overall mediocre. We are early risers and when I came down to the lobby at 6am for coffee I was told by front desk "won't be out till 6:30 OR 7:00" you don't have coffee on early we don't come back. Nice room and fair price but don't mess with my morning coffee.

The building exterior doesn't look all that great, but the room was wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but plenty within a 10 min drive. There's also a lake with a trail within walking distance. Plenty of free parking on-site which many downtown hotels don't have. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back.

The decor/vibe was super unique and fun to explore! Clean property. Could use a microwave in the room and better lighting in the room. The view we had was subpar. But great hotel all around!!!
