The facilities, hygiene, and environment of the hotel's rooms are all very good. However, I booked a twin room with lake view, but the hotel only gave me a twin room without lake view. After communicating with the hotel, they said there were no lake view rooms, but I had booked and paid the full price for the twin room with lake view in advance. Even if we arrived a little late that night, they should have reserved a room for us, right? As a result, the hotel said there were no rooms left and could only arrange a twin room without lake view. Finally, after communicating with the booking platform Ctrip, the problem was not solved. They just negotiated to refund the price difference of the room, and Ctrip platform also gave some symbolic compensation, which was considered a solution. The lake view twin room I booked in advance was sold by the hotel. The lake view room price rose higher that day. I felt that the hotel sold it to someone else at a high price. We were bullied because we couldn't communicate. It was already past ten o'clock that night when we returned to the hotel. We were exhausted. We had to communicate with many parties for a long time about the room. It was disgusting. It took time for Ctrip Hotel Room to help communicate. We were exhausted. We could only rest that day and wait for the results of the follow-up communication. It was not until noon the next day that Ctrip fed back the results of the communication. The hotel agreed to refund the room difference, and the Ctrip platform also gave some compensation. Although the price difference was refunded and some compensation was given, we still felt very uncomfortable. We didn't live in the lake view room that we had been looking forward to for a long time. I probably won't go there again in the future. It's really a pity. Apart from the room issue, I was also charged two days of parking fees when I checked out, which was $44. I told the front desk that we didn't drive, and the front desk promptly corrected the bill, saying that no parking fees would be charged. However, after we left, my credit card was still charged $44. After communicating with Ctrip Hotel Rooms, they said that the hotel had made a mistake and would refund it later. (So far, I haven't seen a refund, and I'm still waiting) The service guy at the hotel entrance needs to be praised. The airport drop-off service on our return trip was very good. I thought we needed to wait for the shuttle bus, but the guy was very enthusiastic and drove us to the airport himself. This needs a thumbs up👍.

The hotel is good overall. I didn't have breakfast, the price is too expensive. Parking is charged.
