Just had 7 night stay through Luxury Escapes package and stayed in 2 bedroom on 26 floor with panoramic views to Surfers and hinterland. Great start. The unit was large and comfortable however the hot water in kitchen and 2 basins in bathrooms wasn’t working. Reported matter to staff on the Thursday and a plumber attended the next day but still no hot water in bathroom basins. Staff reported that due to roadworks outside for new G Link rail that there had been water issues. Fair enough but I reported that water still not right on Saturday but no plumber attended over the weekend. ? Then again on Monday mentioned to Manager but no real urgency to deal with it??? Still it wasn’t fixed when I left few days later. Whilst staff were friendly and polite over issue I’m really Not sure why the matter wasn’t dealt with during 7 days there. Not really good enough and no offer of anything for my inconvenience. I expected being new then plumbing would be warranty issue under building works. There was roadworks overnight for 5 of 7 days which would have been good to know before we arrived? There were several nice eating spots nearby ( Palm springs and Light years ) and beach very close. We have been to Burleigh 4 times but seems much busier now due to new rail link. Would return again to Sandbar as unit was new and modern and great view and although this issue isn’t a deal breaker it just spoiled visit unnecessarily.

Loved my stay here! The apartments are huge and modern with gorgeous views of the beach and great amenities. Super close to everything including some delicious cafes - would definitely stay again, perfect spot to access all the best things the GC has to offer!

Well equiped apartment with views over the hinterland on one side and a park and a small sea view the other way.. The road works were obviously annoying especially late at night but we are sure they should be finished soon.! Comfortable bed and furnishings, two outdoor balconies, info regarding t.v. Operation, and rubbish removal would have been helpful. Extra charges apply for fresh towel and sheet change overs. Not far to the lovely beach and a bit further to the main shops.

Exceptionally comfortable beds. Best sleep quality ever. Great spacious, light and bright unit. On trend furnishings in new building. The view from the unit was excellent as it was overlooking the greenery of the surrounding palms and park. Felt really connected to the area. Great amenities. We'll be back.
