Despite the reason for not being able to come to the hotel due to the unprecedented rain and flood in Dubai leading to 1200 flights being cancelled. The hotel refused to allow some level of cancellation and refund.

The hotel was great, the service was impeccable, just as it should be. I would book in the same hotel again if I returned to Valencia.

A bit far from the city center
Better than the price
Don't come back too late, otherwise there is no public transportation
The water in the toilet is slow to take a shower
The water temperature is not hot enough

The best was the buffet breakfast. It had a very nice pool, unfortunately we couldn't use it because it rained. Good quality-price ratio. If you have a car you are 15/20 minutes from the center of Valencia. I would return😁
