Quiet location on the outskirts, but with numerous street dogs in the area, which can be threatening, especially at night.
Standard rooms with average cleanliness according to Thai standards, higher room categories better.
Fast and mostly stable WLAN in the room and hotel.
Mattress and room furnishings in the standard room partly with visual and functional defects, which hardly ever occur in higher categories.
Hot water in the shower is reliably available with good and constant pressure.
Air conditioning in all inhabited rooms with insufficient cooling capacity. Problem fixed after report by hotel technician.
Swimming pool cleaning not continuous, therefore daily cloudiness and other pollution, is occasionally heavily frequented by local tour groups,
Service staff basically very attentive and nice, many with English language skills.

Hotel ok..but..lacking in basic services.. no bar no restaurant no food in the evenings internet service...poor no fridge in reception area for water etc..or to get a beer.. buffet breakfast excellent though but you have to pre book which i found a bit frustrating as prefer to decide am if i want breakfast or not reception service could be hard work as some staff didnt speak english my thai girlfriend had to keep translating for me ok..but nothing fantastic..

Very convenient, easy to find food, but noisy from the pub. Near restaurants The advantage is that there are a variety of food for ropes to eat. Personal, clean rooms, soft mattresses, the disadvantage is that the room does not keep sound. We stayed at the B2 for 2 weeks as we were on a pretty tight budget and I really couldn't fault the place, the staff were friendly, our room was clean & had maid service every day, good air con, very quiet at night, cracking location near the lakes in Buriram. The only thing I could have a gripe about was the wifi which wasn't great but apart from that I would definitely stay there again.

New, clean, comfortable. Excellent bathroom equipment - bathroom is really small but very comfortable. In the middle for all destinations - football stadium, race track, bus station. Food street in the evening few steps from the hotel. 7-11 next building. Best location to explore Phanom Rung Historical Park and Phimai Historical Park. Fantastic breakfast with real Thai food and different recipes every day. Staff is extremely helpful. During the race days always fully booked. One of the best choice in Buriram.

Room #611 - 1 x Night Stay. Very Modern. Very Clean. Fantastic 1st Stay. We booked via Agoda. We were not disappointed with our choice of Hotel, from the moment we arrived for Check In. An earlier Check In was allowed - easy with no cash deposit required. Rooms are large, clean, modern and everything was in 'as new' working condition. Every staff encounter was pleasurable, with smiles all around. Buffet Breakfast was a sumptous feast.. Many choices, enough for everyone and the hot Thai foods very tasty. We would go out of our way to stay here again and certainly look to book and stay at a Fortune Hotel brand again..... AAA+++++

I have to leave it first that I come to stay here often. So let's start a review. ✅ In the hotel, the atmosphere is okay, the rooms are clean, not far from the city. ✅ The staff at the reception are friendly. Provide complete information But due to the COVID status, sometimes the lack of Belboy I often have luggage. On the front of the morning shift, it is a woman who is very busy, must have two tables at the same time, very sympathetic, it may not work much that help me carry things ✅ in other parts. Delicious food, there are a variety of menus, clean swimming pool. Always stamp 💯

This was our 8th stay at the Amari Phuket and probably our last. Since previous manager ”Piere” has left the vibe of the resort seems to be cost cutting. Piere new how to make guests welcome and I know the staff respected him. The rooms are clean comfortable but very tied and showing the resorts age. They CERTAINLY ARE NOT A 4 or 5 STAR Standard. 3 AT THE BEST.. The pool is far too small and old, with only a few people in the pool it seemed overcrowded. The timber decking decking is old and cracked, The balustrade fencing is old and damaged in many parts. If you don't take the shuttle to reception area the walk up the stairs is too long. On a positive note the staff are all excellent providing exceptional service. The Breakfast was also exceptional. Meals at the restaurant were good but quite expensive. We ate out often. The location is excellent but probably needs to be bulldozed and replace with a modern more functional layout design. As an overview the Amari Phuket resort is far overpriced for 3 - 4 star.

Great experience with Seesun Resort. The restaurant and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Location was great for us, but there isn’t too much around. With that said, the resort itself had a good restaurant and bar and it was apparent that they are known for good food and service as there were some business meetings/parties there while we stayed. Would definitely recommend if you need to be in the area!!

MMaplelagjamesIn 2020 I was locked down for six months in Thailand and I made a trip to Buriram to visit a sick friend for a week, and this hotel was recommend by his son. Everything about our stay was so wonderful, and would come back in a minute. In fact we extended our stay for a whole week. Great location, parking a charm, off the main road so quiet, and the hosts were so nice and welcoming as well as the rest of the staff. The room was clean and neat and a wonderful bathroom with tons of hot water. And breakfast included was excellent with good choices. And so nice to eat there in the afternoon and evenings too for a nice selection of different dishes. The coffee was outstanding too. While Buriram might not be a major tourist destination, we found lots to do. Had a fun day at a fishing park, touring and looking over the Buriram United stadium and discovering a down to earth Hungarian-Thai Restaurant. When Thailand opens again for tourism, when doing another road trip, the Green Hotel would be on my list of top choices. I thank the so nice husband and wife hosts for their kind reception and our lovely stay. Jim at Maplelag in a snowy and cold winter wonderland in Minnesota USA

LLargo AdamWe really enjoyed our stay. The staff is really nice and educated with good English, our check-in was easy and smooth. Will definitely come back to Buriram , just for this! So many people in the reviews talked about the breakfast, but what we had was really satisfying and most hotels we’ve been to had similar breakfasts and we actually like this one more than some of the other hotels because the Thai food here was really really nice! Will come back for sure!

WWISNUWATPThe rooms are clean with a friendly, quiet atmosphere. Not far from the city, on the main road, there is a swimming pool and fitness center. In the entrance area, looks calm and shady, the room is private. In the room decorated with warm tones, comfortable sleep, soft double bed. Suitable for family or work. And there is also a restaurant for breakfast.

GGuest UserThe location is easy to find and convenient to travel because it is next to the main road. Parking is adequate and not crowded. The atmosphere is very good. There are very large trees inside making it shady. Waking up early to the sound of birds singing made the atmosphere even better. The rooms are spotless, the mattresses and blankets are clean and comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is clean and all the equipment used in the room is complete. There is also a hair dryer. The price is very good.

GGuest UserI have stayed at the Best Western on several occasions, my last visit was in 2019, I have always seen it as a quality 3* hotel but sadly on my visit during the Christmas period I now see it as average 2* accommodation. Except for the pool most of the standards expected of a worldwide chain hotel have nose dived and sadly the Best Western reputation is being soiled. Within an hour of check in I had to have my room changed for the following:- 1. TV with very few channels all unwatchable and the set so old with no HDMI for gaming or streaming. In short no TV to watch. 2. Bed linen not fresh and with holes. The second room on the other side was just the same, again linen had to be replaced but this time stained but no holes. One one day housekeeping left the room with no towels, I had to ask at 8pm for them and when delivered they were worn out with holes. Finally the breakfast buffet which previously was very good is now barely recognisable, variety has been cut by 50% to the extent there is only one hot choice daily of which every other day is just vegetables. The varied cake, pastry, bread and fruit options are sparce and the new coffee machine has very small cups which are machine filled to halfway!! Laughable!! I was so saddened by the obvious cost cutting measures that are taking the hotel down, the manager should really get a grip on his hotel before customers are lost to the extensive competition in the vicinity. With a minimum cost per night of B1300 plus B200 pp for breakfast currently this hotel is overpriced with poor customer service, at the moment I would steer clear of the Best Western Hotel, Buriram.

GGuest UserA high-class hotel representing briram Prefecture at the corner of the intersection toward the suburbs of briram city. The lobby around the first floor is a powerful making that reminds me of the Khmer ruins, and the originality of using local specialty cotton as a wall material is outstanding in the corridor in the building. The rooms have a facility according to the theory of a luxury hotel and have a sense of security.
