The hotel at Springhorstsee has a cozy character, it is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. In the immediate vicinity there is a lake with a terrace and jetty which invites you to linger.

It is quiet, solid, clean. The staff is very personable and down to earth, both in the rooms and at breakfast. It is wonderfully quiet a little outside the city. Unfortunately, the external restaurant "Frieda" is a disaster, but it has nothing to do with the hotel.
