Rice Bulevar

The Bulevar is a modern high rise hotel, close to the city centre. The room was clean with an en suite with soap dispensers and facial soap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A map was provided and places where we could have dinner. They were more than happy to print out our forms required for our trip back to the UK. You can park outside the Hotel to check in. Then you are directed to the underground garage where there are lifts to take you up to your floor.

Centric but very simple.. Not cheap for what is the hotel.. it has 3* but doesn't seem to be. We asked triple room for 3 adults and we put into a small double room a super-stream extra bed. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, it is intended for a small child not for an adult as it was reserved ... They had no cuna so we had to take our own and make cabals to go to beds.. The large bathroom but with the basics,no amenities that in any hotel of this category put you a basket with a lot of products and here shine for its absence... just a little gel in the bathroom dispenser and another little in The washing machine is a good one for a regiment. The cleaning is very fair. The person who served us in a very friendly and careful reception is the same who serves the bar so better not match a checkin or the.time of breakfasts given in the cafeteria,no food room

The room facilities are basically no problem. A few small defects can be improved better: the large slabs on the floor of the shower room are not very stable, and they are like seesaws. There are no hangers and clothes drying racks. When you go out, you still have to change your clothes every day. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, especially worthy of recognition. The room was very clean and tidy and comfortable.

I worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years. If this is a ”3-star hotel” then I'd hate to see what a 2 or 1 star hotel is. Who gave them 3 stars? There is not even a concierge or manager onsite, but rather a young desk agent and servers running the hotel with zero management experience. I ordered a salad from the hotel restaurant and 20 minutes later, still hadn't received it. When I inquired where it was, I was told that there was only one person working in the restaurant kitchen. A 3 star hotel with only one person working in the restaurant's kitchen? I don't think so. They had zero ability to remedy the situation but could only make excuses. I watched people that ordered after I receive hot food, but the kitchen couldn't even put out a cold salad in a timely fashion. If this is a ”3-star hotel”, then I'll stay in a Motel 6 and still get better service.
