Travelodge Reading M4 Eastbound

We stop at this Travelodge once or twice a year and we are always happy with our stay. Good size clean room and surprisingly quiet given closeness to motorway. Very friendly & professional staff always happy to help. Free parking & Services next door are very convenient for us.

Clean and spacious room and comfy bed. All the staff were polite and helpful when I needed anything. Really handy location for work with it being just on the motorway. I'm guessing this hotel is on the list to be modernised like other travelodges as it looks a bit tired.

Me and my colleagues always enjoy our stay at Travelodge M4 Eastbound. The team here is exceptional, with Reshmi, Sanjog, and Carmen (to name just a few) going above and beyond to make every visit welcoming and pleasant. The rooms are consistently clean and maintained to the highest standards. Everything in the room is always 100% functional without fail, which is a testament to their attention to detail. What makes this Travelodge stand out even more is the genuine warmth of the team. They’re always helpful during the stay, and it’s one of the few places where you’re sent off with a sincere goodbye at checkout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

Stayed here in November for 2 nights. I've Stayed in many Travelodges in my time for work and this one is absolutely fine. I have no negative things to say about it. It's set apart from others by having really helpful staff like Sanjay and an excellent cleaner - Krystina K.

Issues with broken furniture, no hot water, smell in bathroom. If you need somewhere just to sleep, it’s great, not fit for much more than that. If you book a family room for more than 2 people, bear in mind you pay for WiFi but it’s only for 2 devices so kids could t connect their iPads etc.
