We booked with a sea view, but the view is of the forest, the photo in the description is not from the hotel, very upsetting!.
There is no refrigerator in the room
There are spiders on the balcony
The kitchen is excellent, but once they brought a Caesar salad without sauce, when we started to clarify they said that it ran out, so you need to clarify whether all the products for the dishes are there

Based on a 3-night stay: a convenient hotel somewhat at the city's edge but useful for doing radial trips out to marsh and salt-pan areas for bird watching and walking. Rooms are snug, fairly quiet if not facing the highway, and the owner quickly allowed comfortable chairs for working at the desk to be substituted for the stools provided. Breakfast options: around 5 different ones; dinners were good, especially salads. No lift.

Great hotel at a good location! Extremely friendly staff, nice breakfast and easy going in general. Some cons: parking is not great, rooms can be slightly noisy and AC did not work. Overall great hotel, would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Burgas!

The hotel was very cosy, modern and clean. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurant. Very easy to find. The staff is very friendly, polite and really responsive. Some of the rooms have really nice sea view. We will definitely come back again.

This family hotel is very kind, clean and confortable. Very nice forniture,right price and good position. To enjoy Bar and Reastaurant was a truly good idea. Free parking. Modern hotel on the outskirts of the city with friendly and helpful staff. We were sorry that there was no fridge with 34 degrees in July. Also when you arrive they let you choose what you want for breakfast from 5 choices, a shame because often you choose with your eyes.
