Waldhotel Eiche is a beautiful place to visit. The building is historic but the rooms and facilities are very modern and pleasant. The hotel was extremely comfortable. We canoed right into the hotel and then out again in the morning. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of bike trails right from the hotel. Highly Recommended!!

Die Zimmer sind zum Teil schon sehr schön renoviert. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist äußerst bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Lokale Spezialitäten immer integriert. Leider gibt es keinerlei Snacks für zwischendurch und Abends gibt es des gleichen auch nichts. Umso trauriger, da das Hotel doch sehr abseits sämtlicher Gastronomie liegt. Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer,oder ein Automat im Treppenhaus wären schön. Alles in allem jedoch ein schönes Hotel,geeignet für die Erkundung des Spreewaldes.

Restaurant und Zimmer waren sehr schön und angenehm, bis auf die Dusche und den duschkopf leider nur mittelmäßig,.Kellner im Restaurant sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rezeption könnte sich mehr mit den Ausflugszielen und Angeboten in der Umgebung beschäftigen, bei Kunden anfragen schlechte Informationen, kleine Karten der Umgebung und Geheimtipps wären schön. Leider war das drum herum des hotel etwas unsauber...4 Sterne etwas anderes erwartet.

Das ist ein super schönes Hotel! Die Lage ist hervorragend, absolut idyllisch in der Natur gelegen. Kein Autolärm, nur Natur. Modern und freundlich, toller Außenbereich! Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und mit einem separaten Schrank- und Ablagebereich. So stand im Zimmer nix im Weg herum. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und engagiert. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Wir hatten uns Fahrräder aus dem hoteleigenen Bestand gemietet und eine schöne Tour in Richtung Lübbenau und zurück gemacht. Die pure Entschleunigung! Wir werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen! Viele liebe Grüße an die Belegschaft und vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel, für die Dauer war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Sehr ruhig und ab vom Schuss gelegen. Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Ermäßigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hätten an der Rezeption nachfragen müssen, was schade ist. Leider ist das Personal insgesamt im Hotel, vor allem morgens beim Frühstücksservice nicht das freundlichste. Das Frühstück war für uns wirklich schlecht,der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt, die Brötchen pappig, das Rührei war um 9:30 Uhr (Frühstück gibt es von 7-10 Uhr) aus und auf unser Nachfragen, ob wir Neues bekommen, wurde nur mürrisch reagiert. Hat dann nochmal 15 Minuten gedauert…
Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber auf Details wird nicht geachtet (totes Insekt an der Wand, der Duschhahn spritzte in alle Richtungen).
Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut nicht (wir haben 200€ pro Nacht bezahlt), liegt halt an den Spreewald Preisen. Fazit: wir kommen nicht wieder.

Freundliche Begrüßung. Kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Lichtregelung im Zimmer bescheiden, Licht am Bett zu hell. Das Licht an der tv Wand ist weniger grell lässt sich aber nicht von Bett aus schalten.
Ich mag keine Teppichböden, wegen der Hygiene

Wunderschönes, ruhiges und sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft. Hier ist man richtig, wenn man absolute Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur sucht. Die Preise für Getränke und Speisen im Hotel sind etwas teuer. (Das ist allerdings in der ganzen Gastronomie in der Umgebung so. Da stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht unbedingt). Wir fanden das aber nicht so schlimm. Direkt am Hotel gibt es einen Zugang zum Fließ mit der Möglichkeit Kanus und SUPs zu mieten. Nächstes Jahr wollen wir hier nochmal Urlaub machen und auf jeden Fall wieder im Waldhotel Eiche.
