The hotel itself has good internal facilities and friendly staff, but if you don't drive or rent a car, it is not recommended to book this hotel: there is no public transportation here, there are no shops around in the mountains, and there are not even around at night street light. If you drive by yourself, you can come and experience it. If you take the train and walk by yourself, you are strongly discouraged.

Good value for cost. My room was very spacious, but I will note that it was very chilly -- I assume they are keeping the heating low right now due to the current energy problems in Europe. The room included a kitchen with plenty of cookware which makes it a good place for longer stays. There are a few grocery items for purchase in the lobby, and they also have a daily breakfast that you can add-on (I think it was 15 Euros per day) which had coffee and juice, pastries, eggs, yogurt, cheese and bread, fruit, cereal. I wish the breakfast had more hot meal options, but for me, it was still worth it since the place is a little far from any restaurants (~15-20 minute walk down the hill). Walking down the hill to the main village area is easy, but going north, up the hill, is harder. I was headed to the CEA Paris-Saclay and had to go up many stairs through a forest. The location of this residence is most useful if you have a car. Lastly, the front desk staff were great, I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me out.

A very clean set of rooms with everything that you could need in a very convenient place near to the university. It’s a good half hour walk into the village but not a difficult one. The walk to the university is up a very steep hill - you’ll be very fit once you’ve done it a few times!

I greatly appreciated the environment of the hotel residence.
A large wooded park, the forest surrounding us, the city center less than 10 minutes on foot, local shops. Allow 15 minutes to reach the RER station.
Marked hiking trails are immediately accessible from the hotel.
The studios are well soundproofed, the room is clean.
The bathroom remains spacious and clean, extra towels are available at reception if needed.
Pay attention to the kitchen area. The hotel description clearly states that it is a kitchenette: no oven, no cooking pot, 2 cooking rings, small freezer compar**ent.
However, kettle and electric coffee maker are available to customers.
WiFi Internet satisfactory for working or watching a film via VOD platform.
Two free car parks are located within the residence, also underground parking (paying).
The rooms on the top floor are best placed with north exposure and view of the forest or south exposure and view of the park.

Clean residence, comfortable bedroom bedding but sofa bed mattress not very thick, good for children. Small coffee maker good for 2 but not more. Finally hot cold reversed taps. Risk of burns!
