Like most establishments in Saudi Arabia, they aren't used to foreign visitors (yet), so realistic expectations are in order. Stayed one night on a tour. Quiet location; there isn't much within walking distance. Spacious room. Amenities included laptop-size safe (which had been left locked, so I couldn't use it), mini-fridge and electric kettle with tea bags and instant coffee packets. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't - either too large or too hard. Plenty of power jacks. The bathroom was overall clean, although there were some dark hairs on the floor. Shower without door; mediocre water pressure (the shower head was partially clogged). No bath mat or hand towels; just two large bath towels. Average wifi. Breakfast buffet with decent selection.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and the service is very good. For dinner there is a delicious buffet in the hotel restaurant. We have felt very well in this hotel and can absolutely recommend it
