Wyndham Garden Burabay

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Buravay Wyndham Garden for a day and had an exceptional experience. The staff was fantastic, always friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right by Buravay Lake with direct access to the beach and plenty of activities for guests. One of the highlights was the free 1-hour bike rental, which gave us ample time to explore the town. The room was spotless, offering a fantastic view and a wonderful buffet breakfast that exceeded our expectations. We also dined at the Tau restaurant on level 8, which provided a delightful dinner experience. The indoor pool was a treat, featuring two saunas (Russian and Finnish) for relaxation. Additionally, having an ATM on site was incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a marvelous stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Amazing hotel! It is located in the famous Northern Kazakhstan resort area - Borovoye (Burabay) - right at the lake shore. It has its own beach area with all the facilities for the water sports and activities - paddling boards, boats, aqua park. The hotel facilities also catch guests imagination - two swimming pools (warm pool outdoor and indoor pool), three saunas (hammam, Russian and Finnish) - outdoor rope park and climbing wall. Hotel park is an amusing place for a walk - gorgeous vegetations, fountains, benches, arbours. Sport centre offers a wide selection of the equipment for a relaxing travelling around - Scandinavian walking sticks, bicycles, scooters, quadricycle (most for free). Rooms are very nice and cozy and the staff is super welcoming and helpful. Very good restaurants with a wide selection of the national and international cuisine. Definitely come back there again and not for once!

We picked this hotel to spent my mothers’ birthday and it was the best choice. The hotel is nice enough, the food is superb (everything we had ordered either from lobby or room service was absolutely delicious) but the best thing about the hotel is its staff. Everyone from housekeeping to breakfast crew was friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Especial thanks to the girls working in the lobby bar. We will be back in the summer for the outdoors pool! Thank you!

Wow, definitely *not* worth the price! We paid for a room with a king-size bed, and we got a room with 2 (uncomfortable no less) twin beds pushed together. See photo below. Room service was substandard and overpriced. We ordered lattes in the morning, and they were small, made with poor quality coffee, and arrived lukewarm yet cost about $4.50 each. The customer service was also substandard, with only a couple of the front desk staff with whom we dealt being helpful and friendly (one woman named Violetta was wonderful), and the rest dismissive and more what I'd expect at a budget hotel. Eggs and potatoes for continental breakfast came out of the warmers lukewarm, and the coffee served for breakfast was quite bad. I would have been fine with most of this -- with the exception of the bed issue which seems practically akin to fraud given the difference in price the hotel charges for 2 twin beds versus a king -- if we'd paid $180 or so per night rather than the $230 per night we actually paid.

We recently stayed at Wyndham Garden Borovoe and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I suggest expanding the TV channel options, like English-speaking media. Additionally, the staff could improve attention to detail in customer service. It was birthday of the guest, but they didn't acknowledge it, unlike other Wyndham hotels we've stayed at. With these improvements, the hotel has the potential to provide an even better experience for guests.

Even though in Kazakhstan, you will not be able to get service in Kazakh language. A lot of people from Russia and I don’t really care where the tourists are coming from, it’s good. But these one are with war symbols Z. They can do whatever they want at home, promoting and supporting war, but in a different country be respectful. Don’t know what is the management guideline but looks like money talks. Lunch and dinner are $30, very average. Beach is clean, outdoor pool small.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff and amazing surroundings. I had a very pleasant stay in Wyndham Garden Burabay. Rooms, food, spa... All very good. If you go to Burabay this is the best option. Honestly, I can't do anything else than recommended 100%!
