We stayed at this hotel as part of the Via Francigena walk we did in October. It is located centrally to the town and the Via was close by. I especially want to thank and compliment Frederica, who was at the front desk and was so welcoming, helpful and efficient.

The front desk staff are delightful. The two young women we spoke with were ebullient and spoke wonderful English. The evening person made reservations for us for two other accommodations on our walking route. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom and air conditioning.

Hotel centrale, perfetto per una gita a Buonconvento o come noi che eravamo di passaggio con la Francigena. Camere grandi, pulitissime e funzionali con tutto il necessario. Solo un appunto ai cuscini del letto un po' bassi...ma ce ne hanno portati altri....bravi!

Soggiorno in occasione di una gita in bici lungo le crete senesi. Strategica posizione lungo la Francigena e l' eroica . Camere ottime per brevi soggiorni. Spazio a disposizione per parcheggiare le bici. Servizio cordiale e familiare. Prezzo un poco sopra la media.

Il letto non è male ma I cuscini sono scomodissimi, il bagno è perfetto. La pulizia non manca, tanto meno la disponibilità e la confortevolezza. Una pecca è la cena al ristorante Roma (il ristorante dell'hotel) il cibo è buono ma TROPPO pesante, tanto che dovevamo lasciare gran parte della cena. (Un mio amico ha vomitato). La colazione è quasi ottima, tutto molto buono.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo hotel con amici. Il personale gentile e disponibile, l'hotel è nel centro del paese a circa 200 metri dalla parte vecchia parcheggio gratuito, nella piazza davanti dove è anche situata una colonnina per assistenza bici, in quanto di passaggio del percorso Eroica. Le stanze hanno l'aspetto del business hotel, arredate in modo semplice, buona insonorizzazione, pulite, possibilità di gestire la temperatura interna per aria condizionata o riscaldamento. Il bagno era un pochino piccolo dotato di phone per capelli, ma ho potuto apprezzare dato che era novembre l'acqua bella calda della doccia e il telo bagno bello caldo sul termosifone. Colazione abbondante con dolce e salato a buffet, a richiesta serviti al tavolo si può richiedere anche una bevanda calda. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Punto strategico per visitare Montalcino e i paesi della Val D'Orcia. Consigliato.
