we stayed here and here for a few days.
basically, the hotel is clean but lacation is little bit far from the center.
when using grab is little bit uncomfortable but i think it is not only for this hotel.

For an escape into greenery and tranquility, Hami is the ideal place, the garden offers supreme relaxation, while the very beautiful swimming pool offers a welcome coolness during the blazing summers.
Comfortable room, simple decoration but with well thought out colors, absolutely nothing to complain about.
BUT the very big downside of Hami is the breakfast in the morning: absolutely disappointing, not varied, poorly prepared with a minimum choice on the menu, a savory dish and a drink. If you're having coffee, you're not entitled to juice or tea. No continental breakfast: cornflakes, jam, butter, bread...they don't know! And the morning service is laconic, the staff is royally pissed off, reception not professional at all. When you complain about what's on offer, the staff respond in such a defeatist way that it's unbearable. I wrote to management about it.
So come here for the setting, the swimming pool, the calm but remember to bring something to snack on!

Even though we kept our food sealed and away or unopened, there were ants, and even saw a worm in our room. They were quick to come to our room to spray the ants, which was appreciated. When we were checking out, we did so with the front desk, and they didn't ask us for any further payment or anything, so we thought that was all settled. A couple days later, our uncle texted us saying that they said we never paid and that he had to pay for all of us. It was a really confusing experience. There were also no pool towels provided and the floats were a bit dirty and deflating. The bidet leaked even when it was not used. I'd say the photos look better than they do in-person. But still a pretty property.

Great chilling place with nice selection of food and drinks in Buon Me Thuot. Love the sunrise and sunset view by garden view Valuable local breakfast with wide choice of a la charge menu. Nice decoration of room and swimming pool Definitely will return soon.

It is quite difficult to rate this resort (I booked it as a 4* accommodation advertised on one of the online travel marketplaces). Pros: - beautiful (really wonderful) garden area - nicely decorated room - great coffee/cacao/juices in the restaurant - good breakfast Cons : - extremely noisy (no soundproofing and extremely loud music in the garden; including miserable karaoke) - we stayed there 3 nights and there was a private party organized by this resort each afternoon/evening/night so it was not possible to relax at all - there were some construction works starting in the morning (till afternoon) in the restaurant area - the food in the restaurant (from menu) was not tasty at all (the worst we had in Vietnam to be honest) and it was quite expensive - the staff did not speak English and it was really hard to communicate with them Maybe the hotel is great if you go there to take part in e.g. a wedding. For relaxing it is definitely not a great place and I would not recommend it.

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr schöner Gartenanlage. Es liegt etwas außerhalb aber mit Grab kommt man gut ins Stadtinnere. Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich. Auf einer Vietnamreise mit BMT als Station sehr zu empfehlen
