Mercure Warragul

Fantastic hotel. Daily servicing. Great location, right in the centre of town. Rooms are very spacious. TV having Google Chrome is added bonus.

Good value hotel . Had an issue with the chromecast and found a bottle of wine left in our room and a nice caring message. Unfortunately message said their IT department will get right on it which had not yet happened when we left days later . A little bit noisy in room also but these are only minor issues and I will happily return on my next trip.

When you’re in Warrigal, you don’t expect 4 quality stars for a hotel, but this one is. Room sensational, bar downstairs for a post dinner drink sensational (Carlton Draught tank beer). Will def stay here, again, thoroughly recommend. We go motorbike regularly riding all around South Gippsland, and going forward will intend to make sure that we just circle back to Warrigal now so we can stay in this place rather than some basic motel.

Weekend stay with friends at Mercure Warragul was very relaxing. Room was pristine clean, bed was super comfortable. It’s location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. Plenty to do in the area, we enjoyed the Saturday farmer’s market , fun dinner at The bank Hotel and Mr Hubert’s has fabulous coffee and brunch. Many thanks to the staff who organised to post the sunglasses I left in the hotel room.

Perfect location, a street away from the main town. I just want to say how incredibly clean this hotel is. Everywhere we went in the building, the cleaning was top notch, even the elevators had squeaky clean floors. The receptionist was lovely upon welcoming us. The room was huge for a twin queen room. It exceeded our expectations. This was a quick stop over for the Easter long weekend and safe to say we will be back again!

This venue deserves a 5/5 for its friendly staff, location and excellent facilities. This was our first stay but not our last. Easy to book on line and photos of the venue were accurate. Car parking underneath was easy to get to, and lifts to each floor. Restaurant entry from the reception with chargeback or simply pay as you go. Great food. Room service also available. The only feedback - only one packet of biscuits which made for an interesting share between 3 🤣🤣. Clean tidy and did not disappoint

Reception on arrival seemed a bit aloof - we had prebooked and prepaid so not a lot for them to do. Large room with comfy king bed. Unfortunately only 2 pillows, fridge not turned on, half mini bar missing and safe not working. On checking out advised them about mini bar so we wouldn’t get charged but still got charged for something which was quickly reimbursed once we rang them. Receptionist on checking out much more friendly. Overall nice facilities just needs more attention to the little things that can make a difference.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had nothing to complain from our arrival to departure. Huge, pleasant room with a large, well-equipped bathroom. Friendly and friendly employees, as well as an excellent restaurant/bar area with takeout choices. Food selections at reasonable prices
