We booked a powered site for our camper trailer and were impressed by this beautiful park, probably the cleanest one we found on our extensive road trip. The beautiful garden grounds were perfectly maintained, the ammenities were excellent and we were happy to see that the showers had doors… after other places where we had no barrier between the water from the shower and our dry towel and clothes. There was also a floor towel in each cubicle. The other residents here were considerate and friendly and the woman in reception was welcoming and helpful. We were spoiled for choice when it came to food options in this little town and there was a Woolworths, Cole’s and Aldi for grocery shopping. The only reason I didn’t give this park 5 stars, was due to the train line running down the back of it, the trains were not loud but on our last night we were woken up at midnight by maintenance work going on the line. After laying awake for 1-1/2 hours listening to the constant noise from the machinery’s reverse buzzer, and the even louder flock of corellas screaming overhead, we decided not to wait until morning, but packed up and headed off at around 2am because we knew that sleep would be impossible. I know this wasn’t the parks fault but it was, without a doubt, the worst night of our whole trip. Hopefully this maintenance work doesn’t happen often because it really was a beautiful place to stay. EB and the Ohlssons

We have stayed at WarragulGardens a number of times and it never disappoints. The cabins are large, clean and comfortable. The service is always warm and friendly. The gardens are immaculate and beautiful. The facility is a close stroll into the town centre which is thriving.

This place is ok. It’s clean and comfortable and the sites are easy enough to get set up on with your van. We used it as a stopover on our way home from the South Coast of NSW and it was simple to get to and set up was ok with water and sullage on sites. The sites are large enough to fit your van, car and annexe on. The shower and toilet facilities are clean and well maintained. We stayed with our 19 year old - an extra adult (3 ppl in total) and we’re charged an additional $10 which always feels un-necessary. $55 in total for an overnight stay with late afternoon arrival and early departure. It was an ok option before we drove across the city.

We often travel with our two small dogs and have stayed in cabins in many holiday/caravan parks. Warragul Gardens Holiday Park is by far the best we have encountered. Clean, well appointed, quiet, accessibility to exercise areas for the dogs and us. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the park weather travelling with pets or not.

Always friendly and helpful staff. I enjoy staying here. The facilities are always pristine. The park is close to town. Just love it. I will be back again. The sites are shady and in warm sunny weather it's just beautiful. :)

We decided to break our journey home on our return to Point Cook after a trip to Lakes Entrance. We pre-booked our stay and were given a drive-through powered site which was ideal for our large (23 ft) van, allowing us to set up without having to unhitch the van. Cost was reasonable at $42/night. The park is lovely with lots of trees and good grassy sites although, on our particular site, the trees were a problem in that we couldn't get TV reception. Amenities were modern and clean. We didn't use any of the other facilities. We took our dog for a walk on the adjacent walking track which was convenient and a pleasant walk. We even got a free lemon (for the evening G & T) at check in! Overall a good experience - We will definitely use this place again.
