Very good location and very convenience with public transports . Trams stop are just cross the road from the motel with walking distance 1 min away. Every 10 minute direct trams to Melbourne CBD. The trams are operating 24 hours on weekend. Free parking available.

This place is absolutely disgusting! I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. I considered taking photos but realised that once I started taking photos of everything that was wrong with it, I'd be taking photos all night!! Rundown. Dirty. Loud. Cold. Some of the windows have bits of glass missing, so you actually can not close them. There isn't even flywire covering it so insects can come straight in. Holes in the walls. Filthy walls! It smelt! It was the worst place I've ever seen in my life. Do. Not. Stay. There.

The food and the service were perfect. I love the way they serving and and Divyan served the food stuffs very quickly and without taking much time.had a great time and a wonderful evening.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

This is the worst accomodation I have ever been to!!! The room had water damage and smelled, with my wife unable to breath. The whole place is in disrepair and the bed still had food crumbs and a stain on the sheet in it from previous people. They apologised and went to change the sheets....this place is misleadingly advertised!!!!
