Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the *******. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

Good location
On the other hand, I had asked in the special requests to have a room with a refrigerator, to provide medical treatment, when we arrived at 9 p.m. our room did not have one. The person at reception was very kind, she changed rooms for us. But she told us she never received our request. However I received a response telling me that they would do their best. Whose answer is it?

Best deal in Bullhead City... Nice place near everything. They have river view suites and a pool. What's not to like?

We arrived to check in at 5pm on a Saturday. The entire staff, went to pick up lunch, so we had to wait for them to get back. The entire staff. One could have stayed and kept the office open. We had no towels in our room. The queen sized bed that was advertised in our room, was actually a double bed on a queen size frame. There were rings in the toilet and it was overall, not clean. Went back to the office to get towels and it was closed, again. The coffee mentioned, did not have sugar or cream. Once again, in the morning, went l check out, and the office was closed. There is no continental breakfast, office was not open. Shocking. There was no garbage bin in the room.

Raw sewage
5:00 woke up to the entire room flooded with raw sewage and all of our belongings soaked. I call office and walked to the actual lobby door twice and no one answered.
I called later in the day for a refund. We will see if I get a credit. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

The “comforters” are paper thin, but it works out because the AC has a hard time keeping the room tolerable.
