My wife and I stayed here in late November 2024. We'd travelled all day from Harare and got there very late at night; this didn't faze the reception staff who were friendly and helpful and set the tone for our stay. A problem with the online booking was easily resolved without drama and we headed to our room. The room was nicely decorated in plain colors, clean, spacious and smelled nice. The aircon was very effective and we appreciated it a lot having traveled for so long in an unairconditioned car! The shower room was clean and there was plenty of hot water from the easy-to-use shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were also very welcome. The hotel itself is very nicely presented and reflects an almost consciously English style. There's an excellent swimming pool which is open from 0600am in the morning and this again was nice to enjoy before breakfast. Breakfast was basically whatever you wanted; we opted for the full English and this was very nice with unlimited tea, coffee, fruit juice etc. At around £130 for one night's stay with breakfast this is pretty much at the level of British prices but we didn't begrudge it for one night. We recommend this hotel.

The services were superb. The team was so friendly and welcoming. It was an enjoyable moment being hosted by a team of excellence. It was so fabulous to spend a night at one of the best ever facilities i have ever enjoyed. Everyone at the facility is friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience. Reception was very courteous, welcoming and very friendly.Nobu keep up the good work. Very clean environment.Clean linen, bathrooms. Food was made to perfection and carefully and food presentation was above par. Very secure environment and a quiet and peaceful venue. A definite plus and highly recommended for business, and holiday makers.

Although the wifi wasn't that good I think it was because of the power cuts n switching from Zesa to solar backup, it was an amazing stay and I would gladly come back

Cresta Churchill is the place to be when in Bulawayo. Very clean and smart rooms. It's in a quiet environment. Fresh meals are served every day and members of staff are friendly Keep up the high standards!!!!
