The experience was great, the hotel is clean and everything is functioning properly. We didn't have any problems at all. The whole process of checking in was simple and fast without any inconveniences.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which helped make my stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The hotel also featured a range of facilities that really added to my overall enjoyment of the stay. The restaurant, in particular, was impressive, featuring a diverse menu that included both local and international dishes. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I found myself eating most of my meals at the hotel. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also appreciated the on-site parking, which meant I didn't have to worry about finding a safe place to park my car. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. I like ET their very nice flight attendants, usually more expensive than the other African airlines but worth it.

Clean, neat and beautiful. Christine, the lady at the reception was the best host i have ever encountered. She made my stay so comfortable and was Kind and helpful. Loved the garden and the balcony. Well maintained and manicured.
