Disappointed
First, if you want a quiet room, forget it; the hotel is by the main road. There was an insect in our bathroom when we entered the room. The bench in our room was broken, which is very dangerous with kids. There was a boiler but no electrical plug next to it, which is very inconvenient. Parking space is limited, and the facilities are too. There was no coffee for breakfast (first time in Turkey). The hotel staff was nice during our stay , but I don't understand why the rating is so high or why it is ranked as a 4 stars hotel.

Kahvalti servisini saat 6.30 da baslatirsaniz erken yola cikanlar da yararlanabilir. Odamizdak duşa kabin camlarindan biri yoktu. Çatı kat manzarasi cok guzel. Gece canli muzigin sesi ayarlanmali.

Otel yeni ve tertemiz,özellikle servis personelleri mükemmel nazik, kibar ve güler yüzlüler özellikle Beratiye, Nurgül ve ismini bilmediğim bir hanımefendi... Çok teşekkür ederiz. Resepsiyon personelleri de mükemmeldi. Odalarımız deniz manzaralı, tertemiz ve genişti. Giresuna yolu düşen herkese şiddetle tavsiye edebiliriz. Biz büyük bir grupla kaldık memnun olmayanımız yoktu. Otel 5 yıldızlı olmayı çoktan haketmiş.

Otel şuana kadar gitmiş olduklarımız arasında en iyilerinden biriydi. Odalar ferah ve çok temiz. Hizmet beş yıldızı hakediyor çalışanları çok ilgili ve kibarlardı. Yemekleri keza aynı özende çok güzeldi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz :)
