It was easy to locate the Residence and it feels like home. I enjoyed my stay overall. and I will definitely recommend to others Work a bit more on the payment system for gaining access to the pool. I had to wait for about 30mins just to pay a fee

The hotel was fair, but there internet is not secure. After we left, I received 5 notices of somebody accessing my email. 5 times I denied access, and installed 2 step verification. After that it stopped. 2nd their front insisted they gave me 2 key cards when I only got one. My wife who checked out (because I leftfor US the day before) told me she paid $5 for the ”lost key card”.

The receptionist who assisted me during check in was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the upgrade to my room that I didn't expect. All of the staff are nice. The breakfast buffet is also good. There's a minibar inside the room and the price for the items are reasonable. Really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

Fairly new accommodations so a fair amount of work is being carried out during the daytime. We had a few issues but all were more than satisfactorily rectified. The hotel strikes me as being oriented more towards a traveller who wants efficiently as opposed to the traveller who needs space and room amenities to fully relax for a few days. The room we were in has very little extra space and no closets. The remote controls for the television should have instruction manuals as there are two controls and no way of knowing which one does what. The wifi is weak which causes the channels on the tv to react slowly. The room does have a smart tv so apps are usable with the tv. The hotel has a superior restaurant attached to the lobby which has meals which are very nicely presented and definitely tasty. The hotel is located a little distance from other businesses, but, there are a Japanese Restaurant and a Chinese Restaurant just a few minutes walk away. The rooms are clean but just a little noisy as there is no carpeting either in the room or in the hallways. One personal dislike is that the window shade is a roll-up, roll-down shade. This means while close it is dark in the room, even during the daytime and when it is up there is no privacy from the outside. Prices are reasonable. No tricycles on property so you need to arrange your own transportation or walk out to the roadway to catch a tricycle. There is obviously good communication between the managers of the facility given how quickly and efficiently our original issues were resolved.

Expensive compared to the other resort around. No food options in the cafeteria. Lacking of shed specially on the hot weather. Hard to go around as no shed. Very loud as they aloud karaoke party.

During my recent 3-day, 2-night stay at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane in Manila, the overall experience left much to be desired. Additionally, the functionality of the elevators was a significant inconvenience. With only one elevator in operation, guests frequently experienced delays and overcrowding, resulting in frustration and inconvenience. This issue significantly impacted the efficiency of guest movement within the hotel and should be addressed promptly to enhance overall satisfaction. In conclusion, while this hotel in Manila has potential, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in ensuring consistent and genuine guest service and addressing operational inefficiencies such as elevator functionality. By instilling in all staff members, including trainees, a genuine commitment to hospitality and service excellence, the hotel can elevate the overall guest experience and distinguish itself as a premier destination for travelers.
