Everything about the hotel is very good, I am very satisfied. The waiters all have 5 star service. Because my previous stay was more expensive than this but the service was average. All good accommodations in Bukittinggi are expensive, but this one is mid-priced and has good service. On the second day, breakfast was taken to the grand royal Denai, 4xing hotel.

The hotel smells..I asked for a queen bed but didn't get it..the air conditioner was noisy..the mattress and sheets all smelled..I didn't sleep well..there was no wifi..it wasn't nice to be on vacation for 4 days😡😡..I couldn't watch TV..the breakfast wasn't as good as the one in the picture
