Had to switch rooms. As the first one was not as per request. Took sometime to process the change. The room is okay. Looks old but well maintained. Breakfast variety is very limited. No milk. I’m surprised. Also a lot of flies. The workers smokes just outside the eating area. The smell goes into the hall. Already complained, but the workers said that’s the place allowed to smokes. Very saddening

Nice family trip, nice view and peaceful natural view out of busy hectic life, could add more things to do apart from japanese garden. rabbit farm, horse riding regards

Staying for a night for tbe experience is ok. Very little to do round about. Plus the food options are very limited. Pros: Spacious room overlooking the mountains and forest. Bed is soft and comfy. Breakfast, served at La Blason (Carmelia) is ok. There is noodle prepared on the spot, porridge, nasi lemak, 6 varieties of bread and a host of other items. Note: coffee is not machine prepared Swimming pool is not crowded but tne cracked tiles make it not presentable. Cons: Bathroom isn't too well scrubbed with stain and dirt, showing sign of age. There is no powerpoint nor side tables by the bedside, very inconvenient. There is no master switch for the lights by the bed side either. The power socket is beneath the table, very inconvenient. I have to leave the electric kettle on the floor while boiling as the cable is too short. Very limited TV channels. It is not a smart TV.

My first time to that place. I didn't expect many people to visit that site and the special small cars are running all along the time blocking the way while we are walking. Anyway, the hotel staffs trying the best. One peculiar one is we had to make a deposit payment of 100 and wait for the return after checking out. I would suggest the hotel management return the deposit quickly with the evidence. Below is the receipt for the deposit payment and my old mom(92 years old) stayed at Colmar Tropicale. Thank you

Hotel location is a bit far at private hill, somehow amenities are quite complete, few restaurants 7 Eleven, Starbucks all within hotel compound. Breakfast is OK with local and western served. A resort for relax and team building.

Location is nice. Room is very convinent to stay and clean. I'm really satisfied when I stay there.

The room is really nice and big. So much room for the children to run around. The ambience and view is nice. Food is good. Not many activities but enough sightseeing to do for a one night stay.

Idyllic environment surrounded by nature in a very French setting. Amenities showing signs of aging but that's not unexpected. E.g. Some tiles of the pool are dislodged and need fixing otherwise the sharp edges may cut. The staff are helpful and the maintenance crew do try to get things fixed. Other supporting activities such as paintball, zipline, canopy walk, Japanese village are almost all available to a certain extent.

1. Getting problem during check-in but the manager gave us extra hour for checkout 2. Had to change the room due to toilet problem. Wow, we got a new room with more smiley 😁😁

Have a good stay there. The aircond was leakage maybe no maintenance

Building a bit old, is time to renovation. Lift not working well.. Price ok, big room, good breakfast, quite a chill place to spend a night if got more Need entertainment and restaurants.

Nice hotel, good service, cleanless but family room better combined the bed, must got single bed at the second room, overall good.

Pros: - great destination if you love privacy and dislike crowd - nice atmosphere, attention to detail to realise the French-themed resort - decent breakfast but most importantly tasty - it's an old hotel however cleanliness at satisfactory level - strong wifi - responsive and friendly staffs Cons: - bad tv signal, some channels are okay but got weird sound on the other hand - heater is not working at one of bathroom - limited choice of eateries around (to sort out your dinner/lunch) - bugs will appear at night out of nowhere
