the worst 3 star-hotel in my life. The room was not clean at all, unfriendly staff, smelly, stained walls, cigarette aroma everywhere. I opened the fresh folded towel mat in the bathroom and I found that it was wet and extremely dirty (I attach the picture of the 'fresh' mat below). I should call the front desk 3 times, the last one with some yelling before they send the new one. Later I came back to the hotel a bit late on and found a dustpan in the hallway. Do not come to this hotel before they change their quality!

The booking was not entirely fulfilled even after some discussion. The room wasn't city view.
And the comment from the receptionist was "did you make the request?"
The booking was clear to the letter, so there is no need to request. Yet they expect me to make request? This is not acceptable.

It was fine for 2 nights. But every time i got connecting room "door" people on the other side keep on wanting to open, gives me jump scare all the time. There were soooo many kids, soo noisy. But overall its fine. The light at night blackout for about 1 hour. I have a great time to experiencing tjokro.
