"I had amazing stay here! The hotel is perfectly located, with a nearby food court offering a wide variety of delicious food. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the room facilities are complete and thoughtful. The washbasin outside the toilet is cleverly designed and very convenient. There is a water dispenser provided in the lobby, which is very convenient. I'll definitely be back!"

ZZhi WenWhat I like: Friendly housekeeper. Property is new and clean, the bed seems to be clean and hygienic. No dirty/dusty spots in room and at corners. Drinking water dispenser is available at common area. Iron & ironing board at common area. Table & chairs at common area is helpful for getting some work done on laptop. Great place for a good night sleep, no noise issues during my stay. Standard USB ports (2x) on the power socket is available, if you forget your charger or need more ports.
What can be improved: Slow Wi-Fi (DL: 4mbps, UL: 0.5mbps) but it's likely an issue with the area and not unique to this property. Wi-Fi password can be displayed in room or common area. Onboarding and checking in process can be more seamless. Sound proofing of rooms is not great. No hairdryer. I did not use the pool, but if you plan on using it, you may need to inform property owner to prepare beforehand as there were little water in the pool.

1) Strategic location for food and meeting customers near Bukit Mertajam.
2) Price lower than Citadines (same building)
3) Got washing machine.
Neutral side: Self check in
Bad side:
1) Found fire ants (got bitten and caused bad inflammation) every days.
2) Reported the fire ants but nothing was don't for 2 days (stayed 5D4N) till I ask for solution.
3) Service is bad, didn't even apologise after I tell them the problem and also reminded them that they didn't 'courtesily apologise'.
4) The gym is just an old gym rack which is spoilt and few treadmill.
Conclusion, won't go again unless they change their behaviour.

DDongfangkuaiche.The suite was very spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. The public facilities, including the swimming pool, were also quite comprehensive. It was a nice bonus that Chinese-speaking staff were sometimes available at the front desk. My only minor complaint was the lack of bathtub liners when taking a bath.

GGuest UserOverall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

GGuest UserI wanted to share some feedback about the building's entrances. The elevator lobby could really use some brighter lighting, as it feels a bit dim. I also noticed that the entrance to level three seems a little unsafe. However, the other entrances appear to be perfectly fine and well-maintained. Overall, it's a lovely building.

Such as, does the door have handles outside for you to fully lock the comfort room when not in used, and is the soap dispenser intact. Overall vibes of the property is amazing. Staffs are friendly. GGuest UserWith the price I paid, I'm totally satisfied with everything, water heater in good condition, air cond running smoothly, 2 toilet paper provided with 2 small bar soap..the room and bathroom is clean, kiblat direction, beddings necessities quite comfortable. I just hope the hotel can add more details on their site, mine don't have windows but no complain since we stay for short time. Iron and drinking water provided at the stairs.

RRose Tze SinThis is a very basic hotel, with minimum facilites. Our room is net to the lift and you can hear the sound of the lift everytime it arrived on the floor. Don't like the room coz the previous customer smoked in the room and left the smell of cigaratte. Moreover the room we booked has no window. Maybe the hotel should consider no smoking in the room. However, love the location as it is convenience to travel around with a lot of shops neearby.

YYupSss LLSThe house looked a little creepy and heavily filled with plantations, but it's actually nice and not that bad. Good to experience the vintage feel. Just that the room's sizes are not standardized. Some rooms are small while some are spacious but with the same price.
They have all basic necessities given however no laundry machine as stated in amenities.
