Amulet Hotel

We stayed in Amulet hotel for 4 nights. Our room was 2/1 it was small room but after a few hours being there we felt very comfortable. It is a traditional madrasa building that is why we chose to stayed there. The hotel is located near a very busy road however we haven’t heard any noises from the road. The staff were very polite and friendly we barely saw them, however our room was cleaned always on time and breakfast was ready as soon as we sat dawn. Breakfast was excellent we enjoyed it a lot. My favourite was fried cheesecake and Uzbek porridge. The manager of the hotel was very helpful and polite. He was serving us our breakfast and tea in the afternoon with traditional sweets. We were looking forward to come back to Amulet hotel after walking around Bukhara. Highly recommended!

This is an ideal base to visit Bukhara and its historical centre. Some attractions are two minutes walk away while the historic centre is a five minute stroll. The hotel itself is absolutely brilliant, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with spacious rooms, having AC. Breakfast, more a banquet, superb. There are many restaurants nearby of good quality. What made the hotel special for us - a 71 year old married couple - were the staff, nothing was too much trouble. We saw the owner every day and he was passionate about his hotel and offered any assistance he could, spoke fluent English, the only downside was that he had spent time in England and was a Liverpool supporter. You can’t have everything.

I just love this family-run boutique hotel. Have stayed with them every few years for a long time. Their central location is a great plus. Since my last visit in 2018, they have expanded significantly into the neighboring building, adding more traditionally decorated rooms. Their large breakfast room has lots of handicrafts to buy decorating the walls. And they have more items to sell in a basement room as well. They can connect guests with their other family businesses of a travel agency (especially necessary for train tickets), textile shop, and the best rooftop restaurant in Bukhara!

Thank you very much to the staff (especially Kahramon-aka) for taking into account all my wishes. Excellent location (on the local ”Broadway,” opposite the Art Museum) and authentic interior. As if it were in the guests of the Bucharest Khan :) Not many hotels offer one-bedroom accommodation, but they went to meet. Very pleased!
Hotel Malika Bukhara

The location of the hotel is very good, located in the city center, which location is very convenient, the room is not big, the bed is a combination of two beds. It is a bit expensive to pick up the plane. It costs fifteen dollars. If you need it, it is recommended to go directly to the taxi. From the train station to the hotel, you can get up to 50,000 local coins. The breakfast is very good, the variety is rich, the taste is not bad, the dishes will be filled if there is no waiter, the service is very good.
