The location is perfect for sightseeing in the old town. However, the service was expensive, and I was worried about the details such as the poor flow of water in the toilet, the lack of toothbrushes and tissues. The young receptionist was good in English and correspondence, but when I asked the large old receptionist for a taxi, I was refused with a smile saying that I should catch it on the street. It's a pity that breakfast was good.

Mercure hotel is such a lovely gem in Bukhara. We’d stayed for 4 nights and everything was amazing. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful with contemporary designs and a touch of traditional charm! We loved the swimming pool and hamman on site and used them every day. We also enjoyed going to Saffron, the restaurant/bar within the hotel, with amazing food, nice ambience, and a spacious terrace overlooking the old town. Even though the hotel is located at the edge of the old town, it’s walkable to the main sights in 15 mins. We absolutely adored this place and highly recommend it to those who are visiting Bukhara!!

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel and had an excellent experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable. The hotel is in the new city, but it is only 3km away from the old city. There is a shopping center next to it, there is a big supermarket inside, and there is a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite big and clean, that is, the mattress is hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.
