The room is relatively large, the facilities are average, and the location is a bit far from the old town attractions. Except for the front desk, the room attendants do not speak English. When I checked in on the first day, they only provided one person's slippers and towels in the room. They were not given until the next day. One day, they even only cleaned half of the room...

Отель расположен не в старом городе, но на такси добираться достаточно близко. Немного шумно было от машин на улице (вид на город). Завтрак нормальный, разнообразный, была клубника, черешня, абрикосы в середине мая. Но заканчивалась яичница и каша. Нам было тяжело настроить телевизор, обращались за помощью к персоналу. Кондиционер работал х.орошо.басснйн хороший, новый.

Very bad service, the staff are rude, awful and not fresh breakfast We lost the key, and when we asked to give a new one, they said: go and find out. Otherwise, you'll stay outside I am just wondering, are they crazy or stupid? The breakfast with not fresh products uneatable

The hotel stay was absolutely good. Head admin at the reception Mr Kamol was the most accommodative, supportive and guided us well through our stay. Kudos to Kamol 👍🏼👍🏼 Ambience - 4 Stay - 4 Food - 3 Cleanliness - 4 Overall we were skeptical about Bukhara but Orient Varaxsha did good to change it. Thank you Team
