Excellent experience
Staff is very professional and extremely helpful in particular Sherzad
People in Bukhara are generally very fruendly and welcoming
Hotel is very well located at walking distance from most places to visit and restaurants
Room was comfortable, clean and spacious

Very accommodating and honest. They allowed me to extend my stay past checkout by two hours (they probably would have given me another hour). For some reason they didn't charge me a city tax at the end of my stay either. I have no idea if it was because I tipped the concierge/bellboy or the cleaning lady. In addition to having on site breakfast, there is an eating establishment immediately next door which is like a restaurant / bar / club which I think caters to Russian tourists. They have good strong cocktails there.

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti con un gruppo e mi sono trovata bene. La camera era molto confortevole con un bel bagno grande. Tutti gli ambienti molto curati e personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione e cena. Una sera ci hanno anche regalato un cappellino. A circa 15 minuti a piedi. Molto buono.

L'albergo si trova a circa 1,5 km dal centro di Bukhara ed è di costruzione abbastanza recente. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e tranquilla , il bagno comodo e ben aaccessoriato. Colazione buona. Cena discreta. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Suite spaziosissima
Hotel a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. La suite era immensa (2 bagni), con ampio salotto oltre alla stanza ed uno dei due bagni con vasca e doccia separata (presente anche il bidet). Colazione decisamente da migliorare!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con un gruppo di 31 persone per 2 notti(29/9-1/10)e devo dire che mi sono trovata bene.Anche la cena presso hotel era ottima e la direzione ,molto carinamente,ci ha regalato un cappellino tipico per ognuno del gruppo.

Ottimo hotel un po' datato ma proprio ben tenuto, con stanze ampie e confortevoli con tutti i comfort. Il bagno comodo e grande con anche il bidet. Spazi molto larghi e pulizia ottima. Abbiamo cenato e tutto é stato perfetto e piacevole. La reception é molto attrezzata. c'é anche un negozio di souvenir all'interno. E' stato il miglior albergo che abbiamo avuto in Uzbekistan.
